Question.
Name calling.
I know it is against board rules for members to call each other names.
My question is, it is permissible to name call non-board members?
As an example, calling Bush, Clinton, Obama, <<insert person's name here>> stupid or dumb, or call them a moron or idiot?
I am asking because I saw a title of a thread that was basically calling someone stupid.

Name calling violations are reserved for board members. This was to stop people from stooping to calling each other names and personal attacks in discussions. Public figures outside of the board have not been included in the rule violations.

I kind of remember someone close to this thread calling Phil Dawson a waste of human life...better chance of Phil seeing that then the person who was called stupid seeing this.
