Well, I know that today's practice is open to the media, so I'm sure we'll get a nice dose of exposure tonight and tomorrow. I'm sure I speak for many when I say I'm starving for some Cleveland Browns football right now.

WHERE'S GARY?: The team's safety group is relatively solidified with Sean Jones and Brodney Pool as starters, but how does Gary Baxter fit in after missing the '07 season and most of the '06 season with injuries to both knees? Baxter is still trying to become the first player in NFL history to return to the field after tearing both patellar tendons.

Man, I know being a Browns fan is all about believing and high hopes, and I hate it when the board gets too negative, but COME ON. The Gary Baxter experiment is over. Phil has worked wonders here, but Gary Baxter was an unfortunate mistake.

That said, I'm glad a lot of fans and media folks see a glimmer of hope that I just cannot w/ Baxter.
