I use myspace often and go to classmates maybe every 6 months or so.

I space and face daily.

No. I have a My Space account, but I don't think I've logged in for several months. I'll probably delete it soon.

No. About as close as I've come to that is giving Michelle my picture for her photo site.

I use both MySpace and Facebook. Mostly to keep in touch with my young cousins (college and high school), but I've connected with folks from here and from my days in high school as well.

By accepted definition, no. I use this site and some list serve sites pertaining to software at work, but that's it.

I don't have facebook. Can anybody answer who does use it is it basically the same as myspace ? Are there different options you can do at that site that myspace doesn't offer ? Is facebook a bigger user site than myspace ? Thanks for the info.

Facebook is similar to Myspace. I just started using it, but I've had Myspace for a while now.
Facebook is a little easier to find your friends because you use first and last names instead of screen names. When you log on, they show "people you may know". Picked from your networks and your friends' friend list, I guess. It also gives newsfeeds of your friends updates like myspace just started. Even when people become friends. It's not as flashy as Myspace. I seem to get less spam there.... and you can still make your profile private.

It's all a matter of preference. I know people who have both, I know people who hate one or the other... Try it out!!

Facebook was created for college students to network, it's esaier to find classmates, and its free-er than Classmates.com.
It's also easier to navigate than Myspace. You don't have to go through 6 pages of crap to send a friend request... it's all pop up type windows. Once you're done, you're right back where you started. I like that.
