If these were accurate, I would be thrilled. However, I highly doubt that they are. Every year there are some supposed accurate ratings that come out before the IGN ones in July and the only ones that are accurate are the IGN ones.

I've been waiting a long time for the Browns to have a good rating on Madden. I might have to find myself a console soon. I haven't bought a Madden in 3-4 years (haven't had a console for 2).

I didn't see Holly's name on the defense. Did they already take him off?

Yes.

Someone on this board said John Madden will also be on the cover this year...but you won't be able to see him cause he'll be so far up Brett's behind. Ha ha ha...don't remember who said that. I LOL'd.

IF these are accurate, it might make playing online with the Browns worth my while this time around.

And you may see non-Browns fans playing with them too.

Steelers are 94???? Come on.

They made no improvements, and didn't warrant a 94 last season.

On the other hand, if these indeed are accurate, there's some nice scores on there. BE a 95, and Winslow the highest at 97. Nice! And our OL doesn't have anything under an 88.

JT was also a 97. But once again, I highly doubt these are accurate.

Thomas is a 97 too. That's got to be the highest for a 2nd year player ever.

Yeah, Philly should be about the same as Cleveland.

Cleveland is straight stacked in this game. The OLine is gonna abuse people, 97, 95, 89, 88, 93 ?!?! Cant believe they made Shaffer a 93 and also Hadnot a 88!

Something else that has really shock is I thought since Leon Hall had 5 INTs they would make him something crazy like a 88, but not only is EW rated higher but Mcdonald as well. Bout time we gotta lttle love.

I did and I haven't. I do however, think that C. Williams and DA should have been ranked higher, but you can't win them all.

Yeah, I saw that. Bodden did make some big plays last season but he got burnt sooo many times it wasnt funny. He got used by Davard Darling(blt). Anyone know what Leigh was rated last season ?

Yes, usually they have most of our guys at about 82, if these are true it's great news. But starting with this Madden I will wait to see what kind of reviews it's getting before I buy the darn thing.

88 for DA should be just fine. You can play well with any QB above 85 usually.

Hopefully the ratings are at least close. I bought a Wii back in January and wanted to buy Madden 08. Rented it and the Browns were not rated very good at all. Decided to wait and get 09 since they should be rated higher.

I might have to go and put my deposit down on the game.

Signing Steinbach - $49.5 million
Signing Lewis - $5 million
Drafting Joe Thomas and Brady Quinn - millions more
Restoring the Browns to champions - priceless.

Well they've graphed out QBs, RB, WRs, TEs, OLine and the only change I see is that Shaffer isn't a 93. He's now listed as a 89 and Hadnot was a 88 and is now listed as a 90.

Thomas 97
Steinbach 95
Fraley 89
Hadnot 90
Shaffer 89

Still looks good to me.
