In my book, a smoker is a lesser person, and should be rounded up and put into work camps. They can have 20 cigarette breaks a day as they work round the clock in 72-hour cycles.
I wish to wash my Irish wristwatch......

Please tell me you didn't apply for a job at a certain company in Kettering...oh say on the corner of Research and County Line did you? I ask because my g/f works at said company and they definitely have this same policy. Completely ludicrous. We're just lucky neither of us smoke so it wasn't a big deal but still.
