WHAT? That is correct people! Al Davis reigns supreme over you puny Browns and weak Stoolers.

He may be disease ridden and he may smell a little bit, but he still dominated the Browns and Steelers the last times they met.

If I remember correctly, the last time the Steelers played the mighty Raiders, Little Ben threw to our team more than his own.

Last time the Browns had the great opportunity to play in Oakland Colosseum, the beastly Tommy Kelly blocked your chances for a win.

WHAT DO YOU SAY ABOUT THAT?

He is 269 pounds and I say he is better than Brady Quinn.

At least JaMarcus doesn't get in trouble for making fun of gay people.

Well, he isn't dead like Chris Farley (like the sig.). But, he has turned into a decent guard for us. Not the dominating OT we drafted him for, but he is still in the league and somewhat valuable to the team. Not a total bust like Tim Couch orCourtney Brown.

I get plenty of amusement. Reading browns and stooler fans weak smack attempts is very amusing. You guys are great entertainment thanks!

Why are you on a Browns message board? And the beastly Tommy Kelly who went over the infamous Nat Dosey. That takes a true beast all right.

And what about the highest paid WR in the league who wanted to retire? How about Tommy Kelly being paid $50 million to play a position he's never played before after being hurt all year.

Yeah Al Davis is a genius.

First off, Al Davis is a genius for keeping Walker from retiring. You know he is good if he can talk a man out of retiring. Tommy Kelly didn't play the position because future HOF Warren Sapp was playing the position. Sapp also said that Tommy Kelly would be better than he was. So, a beast declared the next beast to take his place..

And the money? Al Davis doesn't care about money - All he cares about is having the people he wants on his team. After all - "Just win baby".

He just sold part of the team for $250 million and he spent about that amount in free agency. And it is funny you didn't mention all of our recent acquisitions. Got anything bad to say about Gibril Wilson or the probowler DeAngelo Hall?

Oh, and i am on this Browns board because simple minded folk like you make me laugh... almost as much as steeler fans.

And now for some smileys:

Al Davis is a real genius, signed a guy to a 6 yr 55 million contract that includes $27 million in the first three years and $16 million guaranteed, when that guy has missed 23 games in three years to knee problems. OBTW He'll also be 30 on Oct. 14th.

Yeah 55 million to a soon to be 30 year old WR with a bad knee. BRILLIANT!!!

Thank you for taking DeepThreat's post and merely changing some stuff around.

Al Doesn't care about the money - just about the player. He did what he needed to do to bring Walker to the Raiders.

And it was only 11 million guaranteed.

Newsflash he could've gotten Walker for a whole lot less. There's not a real big market out there for 30 WR's with a bad knee.

And what leads you to believe that? His record from last year or his stats from this preseason? Maybe in week 4 of the preseason, Russell will get his completion percentage above Tyler Thigpen...

You mean his 0-1 record? Since when do rookie QBs have a good record?

And if you paid any attention, Russell has looked pretty good this preseason.

I will just quote realfootball.com for this one:

"After the uncapped 2010 season, there's no way to know what percentage of revenues will be committed to players, but that gives the Raiders three seasons to determine if the recent signees are going to help return the team to glory. If not, most of the contracts can be dumped in time for whatever new agreement is in place at the start of the 2011 season.

In other words, Davis played the situation perfectly by making it rain in Oakland."
