Typical Raider fan bashing someone who's dead. Best of luck to your "team" . Hopefully you'll win more than 4 games this year and Davis won't have to look for another coach.

At least our quarterback isn't gay. I do have to say, that looks really good on him.

Russell is a giant - it was probably the only thing that fit him.

Those aren't pickles - they look like green bananas.

What is it with you browns fans concentrating on Al's appearance? It is on the inside what matters.

You misunderstood me - I meant Russell was a better draft pick than Quinn was. If Russell was on your team, he would start.

OK what would you like to discuss his osteoporosis, alzheimers, broken hips, hearing problems, incontinence, failing eye sight, gout, loss of muscle mass, slow metabolism, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, bone loss, decrease in kidney function, cortisol increase, liver problems, night vision problems, or cataracts?

What about the fact that the guys who liked Tim Couch aren't with the team anymore? Or the fact that you don't know what you're talking about?

How do I not know what I am talking about? Besides, any player who goes in the first round is supposed to be good - Why wouldn't you take them?

If you don't take the person, you look like a fool and you wonder what would have happened if you did take that person.

I only brought up Couch cause Marinovich was brought up.

Alright, let me see if I can break this down in terms you can understand:

1) Al Davis was in charge of things when Marinovich was brought in.

2) You love Al Davis in an unhealthy way.

3) Marinovich sucked.

4) The Browns drafted Tim Couch.

5) Tim Couch did not do well.

6) The guys who loved Tim Couch do not work for the Browns anymore.

7) Your smack, therefore, doesn't work as well as mine did.

But, let's assume that you're right when you said this:

So, what do you have to say about Couch then?

Well of course I have nothing to say about Couch - I merely brought him up because Marinovich was brought up. Was this not covered already?

Marinovich and Couch had talent - we can all agree on this. Otherwise, they would not have been drafted so early.

The Raiders and Browns did their job and selected the most talented players available.

When Couch flopped, the Browns fired the guys who picked him even though they were only doing their job. Any team would have done the same thing.

What would the owner of the Browns have said if your draft crew said: "Lets not draft Couch just because I have a bad feeling in my gut."?

Exactly.

Except talent around him and, well, not being fat.

Anderson > Russell until proven otherwise.

I don't really compare Russell to any other QB. Everyone has their own style and quirks. Hopefully people will someday try to compare other QBs to him.
