I've been offered Plaxico Burress and Selvin Young for Michael Turner (my 3rd RB behind Gore and Lynch, starting in my WR/RB flex) and Mark Clayton. Normally I don't ask for trade advice but this is an enticing "sell high" opportunity, in my opinion. I just have this feeling I'll be kicking myself if Turner puts up monster numbers against defenses not named Detroit. Also my receivers are hurting with Steve Smith out next week and Nate Burleson who will probably miss time with a knee injury, (my 4th and 5th receivers are Sidney Rice and Justin Gage, so with Burleson out I'm looking at starting both those guys next week)

Absolutely take that deal, Turner's not going to be facing the Lions D all season. You're getting one of the Top WR's and a decent if not a good RB for a good RB and a Ravens WR.

Take the deal, and run. Then laugh at him for a dumb trade offer lol.

I'd wait to see how Selvin Young does tonight, mostly on how the carries breakdown goes between Young, Pittman, and Hall for Denver. If Young plays well and appears to be the obvious #1, I'd consider that deal. Otherwise no.
If it were me, I'd probably wait even though you need the WR help now, but you won't soon and you might find out that Turner is a better option over Gore or Lynch.

That's my only issue. I despise the Denver running situation. I will never feel good about starting a Denver RB, no matter what it looks like on paper. Just found out that reports are Burleson will miss the season with a torn ACL though, so I think this is my best chance to make a huge WR upgrade. I also should mention that this is the Brady owner in our league, so he's prone to making some desperate moves right now.

I understand your problems with denvers RB situation, but the difference between Burress and Clayton is much greater than the difference between Turner and Young.

I wanted Turner so bad, but I waited too long to pull the trigger. I thought he'd fall a little further and planned on taking him the next pick, but he was taken. I did get him on our NFL.com league from the board, though. Didn't start him. But I won anyways.

I know how you feel. He was dropped before game one and my waiver # didn't allow me to get him.

Wow, someone dropped him?
I knew he'd have a nice season. I got him in one league, but not in my pay league. I tried to steal him. He did drop a bit, but I got greedy and thought I can wait it out longer and ended up stacking up my WRs.

I was going to take him in the 7th round. I picked 10th in a 10 team league. He actually fell that far. Instead, I boosted up my WRs by taking a 4th WR, which I thought was a steal as well in Lee Evans, and my first QB with my back to back picks. I was going to take him if he made it back to me, and he didn't. Ended up with Earnest Graham instead.
Oh well. Should have took him over my QB. Hasselbeck has no WRs at all right now. My QB spot kills me every year. I just kept getting greedy. Just eye-balled him, watched him drop, and thought I could pull out a couple more picks but I blew it.

I drafted him in 3 keeper leagues last year ... knowing that the Bolts wouldn't be able to offer him enough.
I did trade him away in a dynasty league a few months back but I landed MJD whom I think will be a stud.
I wouldn't take the deal offered. A rbbc looks likely in Denver and Andre Hall looked impressive to me. Plax whilst looking great in the opener is an injury waiting to happen imo

michael pittman is a goal line vulture?
CURSE YOU, SHANAHAN
Also, if I should accept, my flex would probably be a rotation between Young, Chris Perry, and Deangelo Williams. This is a really tough call.

Keep turner...is Desean Jackson or Eddie Royal in F/A...Derrick Mason??
Turner will be a top 5 fantasy back this year, he has a decent online actually and plays in weak division. Don't bite on it, Young is a split carry back, and Plaxico is very, very injury prone.
Pick up WR in FA until Smith is back.
