This was done on the old board long ago, and Have forgotten why for some of the regulars. Was kinda interesting so I figured I'd post it again on the New and Improved Dawgtalkers.

How did you come up with your Username?

Mine's kinda easy, USNavyDawg - currently in my 19th year in the USN and huge Browns fan.

How did yours come about?

Atomic Dog, song by George Clinton and the P Funk Allstars.

Simple, it is my initials and Dawg.

BG was what my freinds used to call me and I used to use. Before that ghey "BG" from cash money records came out in the 90's.

Dawg for the Browns, Michelle because I hate my real name.

I drink a lot of beer.

I wrestled, professionally, as the son of the Devil and Dawg...

Part of my last name has the word "shade" in it and most of my friends call me lampy, or lamp. I have friends who haven't called me by my real first name in years.

I love the Browns and that movie with the talking pig...Babe.

Combined the first three letters of my two best college buddies' nicknames.

I'm totally left-brained. That's about as creative as I could get.

Back when I was 12 or so, I was signing up for an AIM account, and was addicted to everything Star Wars, I kept trying a variety of Star Wars related screen names, and they kept coming back as already registered. Getting really angry and impatient, I came up with an impossible jumble of letters because I knew it couldn't have already been registered.

It's actually "Luke" and "Yoda" mixed letter by letter, I think some on this board already know that.

I have absolutely no clue how to pronounce it.

OoooRah is an obvious military reference to my background in the Corps, and a more subtle reference as a big cheer for my deep admiration of the Browns--a long held, sincere loyalty to their great history and tradition(s), much like the Marines have. Tying it all together with the wife's name---Joice---whom I met while she was in, and is also a great Cleveland fan, was a simple emotional move. She is my life, as are the Browns. So there you have it.

Kinda strange, but true.

It's my real nickname.

I just typed in random letters and this is what came up.

Last name is Shepard...referred to by most people as "Shep."

Friends called me "Shepdog" before the Dawg Pound was even born......I just didn't know I was spelling it wrong until the pound came out.

Mine is easy too. "D" from David combined with my last name Ulam = dulam.

In college, the first day of football practice I had D.Ulam on masking tape on my helmet, and everyone starting calling me dulam (dool-um). Been my nickname ever since. Along with schoolem, dooley, cooley dooley, dooley guy, LeDules, Dullomite, and many others.....yeah my friends are pretty ridiculous, what can I say.

I joined many years back, around 3 or 4, and started posting without reading the rules and got booted. (dont act surprised Jules. )

Anyways, i registered again with really no intention of posting again, just wanted to finish my point, so i just put down "brownsfan" and i knew I would need some numbers. Honestly not sure why I put 21, but 19 has always been my number, in sports and what not, so I just registered with that.

I ended up sticking around and following the rules, and now I use 2119 when I register for everything as my nickname.

Frye ( keyword was) my favorite player when I made the name so i just stuck with it

I got booted from "Ctownplya"(which has been my AOL screen name since I was 15 years old, 10 years, damn) for mentioning the whole Kevin Johnson, William green fiasco, and exactly what happened. Then it was BpGKid, don't know why I added the Kid part. That got old real quick when everyone thought it was funny to instead of making valid points, just add kid, or shouldn’t you be in school...yadyy yadda


I came here and changed it to Dawg. I also got banned from the old board (Thanks Jaft ) for arguing, and had "AnnArborDawg" which Jules spotted almost immediately and told me ghosting was illegal and re-instated BpGKid, because I said I was just going to keep re-registering. LOL I still owe you one for that

Needless to say it is a process I have still not yet completed. But hey, I haven't been booted here yet! (I hope never)

I have always had a Pit Bull as a pet. I actually have my third Pit now. Thusly,being a Browns fan is where the "Dawg" comes from. And the "Pit" is describing my personality as well as my pet. "PitDAWG"

My first name is Logan. Throughout school, people called me log. Late in high school, a friend started calling me logdawg, and when I went to register, it seemed obvious.

Because my real name is Enrique Rodriguis Ignatio Konstantine Issac Nathan Horatio Ezikiel Loquatious Lambdas.

I think that was done on purpose...

BTW- My first username was "clebr99" back in 99. That's when I first started posting on Dawg Talk. It was short for "Cleveland Browns 1999" But after we were back for a while the name seemed outdated. So I came up with my perminant username of PitDAWG.

I had just read "On Being Brown" before registering on the Good Olde Dawg Talk.

I was a General Manager at a car dealership when I signed up and was called GM at work all the time, thus GMdawg.

My mommy gave it to me.

I came up with mine, because.. well. I am THE Top Dawg lol.

My First name is Tim and I'm a garbage man. I accidentally hit the T twice but just left it because I was lazy.
