Neither have made much of an impact this year. I'd say James has the most value out of the two but it does look like you are a bit thin at WR because of the Boldin injury.
I might make that trade as well. However, the Bengals offense is not something to put much faith into this year..

Personally, I would rather have DeSean Jackson, Jerricho Cotchery, or Lee Evans. See if you could try to pry one of them.
Or even Isaac Bruce or Donald Driver should have more value than Ocho the rest of the way.
Personally though, with Boldin coming back and Hester playing okay lately, I would look more at trying to upgrade your RB2 spot (unless you need to start 3 WR). Perhaps trading 2 of your RBs to a team that is hurting with injuries to BW, Addai, or FWP right now?

I did end up making the trade. And I do need to start 3 wr's and 2 rb's. I also already tried for Cotchery. Very good advice though, thank you
