Ohio don't get thier head out of their butt. Medicinal marijuana has been approved for the state of Michigian by the voters. If i get busted for marijuana possesision one more time ill be the one in scarlet and grey up north.

The federal government can still prosecute for possession of the drug, even if the state has a law allowing it for medical purposes.

I thought you could use medical marijuana in Ohio as long as you didn't use it within 6 feet of a stripper.

But the reasoning is this makes it easier to get the prescription. Nick Diaz is an MMA fighter. He beat Takanori Gomi two years ago and that win was later turned to a No Contest because he tested positive for Marijuana.
He lives in California and has a prescription for marijuana. Do you know for what? ADD

ive been a big supporter of medicinal and personal use by adults. i'm not gonna go into all the reasons why because its impossible to try and change your minds. that's ok.
13 states cant all be wrong can they? just a thought, maybe americans are sick of all the money they spend trying to stop marijuana use. maybe the they realize that we are responsible enough to smoke a joint instead of a couple beers or a glass of wine.
most states that allow some form of marijuana are probably blue states right. open minded, non conservative. maybe i should have voted for barrack instead of a third party. didnt he smoke the weed? maybe a blunt or two. he'll start the movement towards the leagalization of marijuana. blunts and cypress hill in the white house!!!

There's a differenece between people using marijuana for medical conditions, and those like you who are trying to work the system to find a way to get high legally.
Cancer patients are prescribed Marinol here in Ohio, which helps to battle nausea, especially through their chemo. That's a good use for it.
An example of not a good use would be to say you have ADD to get a prescription so you and your little friends can get high all day.

Reminds me of the bank robber who along with three others got away with something like $ 16,000.00 each. He called a local radio station and during on air time told how they robbed the bank, he drove the car ect. A policemen was listening had the station tape it along with tracking it, arrested the guy and his friends, The police said if he wouldnt have opened his mouth & bragged they would have never caught them, they left no clues and had no leads...LOL  HERE'S YOUR SIGN.....
