I had no frickin' clue this board was here, until about an hour ago. I loved the old Dawg Talk board, was a member for years. Then it went away, but had links to the Browns Chat board, or whatever it's called.
That board is horrible, and getting worse by the day. Any thread with over 10 replies has degenerated into a playground spat between six year olds. People there are bragging about how they got banned from Dawg Talk but are now allowed there (easy to guess why they were banned). Outside of an occasional post by eotab I really never saw any of the core Dawg Talkers. No ballpeen, no Saint. None of them. I even missed Hack and some of the fans for other teams, the posters who can talk football.
Heck, our season ended a few weeks ago and I never saw one post over there pimping a UGA player.
Jules came to my rescue, though. Pointed me here. Once again, the world seems right.

You're not the only one Arch. As soon as I found out about this board, I gave up on the other one. I remember Pit(I'm pretty sure) was so adamant against the new board before it came out and boy was he right.Never thought that I would say that. JK with ya pit.

I only go over there once and a while on rescue missions. I search for posters that got missed and for any other forms of intelligent life and then I PM them. So anyone else who does go over and see someone who's looking for something better let them know we're here but don't tell the sandbox crowd.

I agree. It's because when we changed, all the losers got weeded out. I hope this board doesn't get as bloated as the original. As long as we keep getting good people like Cap, everything will be good.

I couldn't agree more. I was on there for about 2 weeks before i found this one back up but thought about just how horrible it was. it remided me of middle school. And it was extremely had to have a decent converstaion about football with anyone .
