On the topic of Josh Cribbs - with the extra cash under the cap, I wonder if Savage redoes his contract. I think Cribbs is worth the extra money, and it sure would send a message to Winslow...

Well, his contract is through 2012 (6-year, $6 million contract). So, I'm not sure the pastures will be very green for him when his contract ends with the Browns - unless he demands a trade and the Browns get something in return. While a new contract is not urgent, I think it can be worthwhile. I'm not very knowledgeable about capology and contracts - and who knows what will happen with the next NFLPA agreement - so I can also see the benefit of waiting.
