Not to quibble but the Super Bowl is the END of the regular season and playoff period. When that game has been played, then the season is over.
Nobody said that the opening of the off-season forum hinged upon whether or not the Browns make the playoffs. When the season is over, the forum will make it's return as it has each and every year.
