Hello fellow dawgs or what's left of us, I wanted to come here and ask for prayers for my mom. She's been diagnosed with breast cancer and will have a mastectomy later this month. Any prayers and good thoughts you could send would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance. I will be back to let you know how it goes. In the meantime, happy new year to all.

Thank you everyone! Over the years, I've come to appreciate the power of prayer around here. (Though it doesn't seem to help our Brownies) I feel better knowing Mom's got a lot of good stuff going on for her.

Thank you one and all for the prayers and good thoughts. Mom's surgery went very well; she is home recovering. Still have to wait for results from a couple lymph nodes that were removed and I think Mom was disheartened to hear she needs both radiation and chemo but we'll get her through it. Again, thank you. I wish I could tell you how much it means to me. Love! g
