The ENTIRE ARTICLE was about Miami's performance during the REGULAR SEASON. The article looked at the stats, record and teams played during the 2008 REGULAR SEASON, and goes on to compare this team to the Browns season from 2007.
It had nothing to do with the 2008 PLAYOFFS aside from the fact that the Dolphins happen to be in the playoffs.
The last paragraph happens to talk about the Dolphins versus the Ravens, but the entire preceeding 1000 words talks about the Dolphins in the 2008 REGULAR SEASON.
The definition of the "Dawg Talkers Pure Football" forum is:
"Discuss the Cleveland Browns and other related PURE NFL football topics here; Players, Coaches, FA options, etc, as they pertain to the game of football in the NFL. Not to be confused with the "Gameday" forum, which is utilized for discussion of this week's game."
My article fits this description. It discusses the 2008 Dolphins, analysizes their REGULAR SEASON RECORD, and the ENTIRE POINT OF THE ARTICLE was to ask why the Dolphins record doesn't face the same scrutiny from the media and the fans that the 2007 Browns record did in 2007.
The reference to the 2008 Playoffs was pointing out that the game on Sunday would extend the proof of the article's thesis.
I trust in the future you'll be more careful with moving topics into forums where they clearly don't belong, and I ask that you put it back into the correct forum.
Thank you.

You wouldn't have ran the thread if the Fins weren't in the playoffs, the replies are in regard to the playoffs, and I felt it fit better in the playoff forum and moved it there as is my choice as a moderator to do if I feel the need to do so.
It was not deleted, it is still on the forum. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Thanks for the explanation on what the Pure Football forum is, but that wasn't necessary as I wrote that description nearly 10 years ago.
I trust in the future you will be more cognizant of how threads can sometimes go in different forums, and it is ultimately up to the moderators to make the final decision and that the play is not able to be challenged with your red flag at this particular point in time and the thread will not be moved back to the PF forum per your request.
Thank you.

"The Browns are a club contenders probably don't want to face right now. Their physicality cannot be questioned."

You replied "Wow" just as you did back in November when given a response as to why you had a thread deleted. Again, there is nothing to go "wow" about. If you feel that there is, then bring it.
Thanks.

I ran the thread because the comeback was called "miraculous" in every publication I've read since the regular season ended. The post asks the question: "Why does Miami get a pass for a less-than-miraculous regular season when the Browns did not."
The topic is clearly a Pure Football Topic, fits the Pure Football description, and I don't see how you can tell me I put it in the wrong forum when the forum descriptions themselves -- regardless of who they were written by or how long ago they were written -- don't support the reasoning for being moved.
You say "the replies are in regard to the playoffs" but by my count, only 2 of the 12 replies in the thread are playoff related -- and they are the shortest two replies in the entire thread.
You ask my to abide by the posting rules. I have done nothing but abide by them.
