You guys, I just got word that the baby made it through and it fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  My wife went to the OB Doctor who did 2 ultrasounds and the baby made it through the crash and is actually pretty big I guess!! I have a picture I will scan and post, but it looks like my prayers and all of you that prayed for us it was answered!! OMG, I don't know what to say or do,,I am sooo HAPPY!!! She said that Mandy has internal injuries and was in shock from the accident and sometimes when the body is in shock like that weird stuff happens. She said that she has heard of something preventing the heartbeat from being registered and the fact that Mandy was flipping out didn't help things. But they did some tests to make sure the baby is alright b/c there is some kind of damage to the sac, but all in all this is great news!! And, the baby is farther along then we believed and the due date is July 23rd, 1 day after my birthday! Now, I guess we can have that poll after all on whether we are having a boy or girl! Come on boy!!  Thanks so much guys,,I lost hope b/c things haven't worked out, but this may be a good year after all! I start the interview process tomorrow too for Progressive so this could be a VERY good year! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The human body is a wonderful thing- there's many protective mechanisms in place. They say that the fetus is protected quite well in there, and this is proof. I'm glad things are turning around for you. I hope you get that son!

This is incredible!!! I don't know what to do with myself,,I have never been happier in my life!! I didn't realize that going into shock could do this. The body is weird. I can't even be mad at the Doctors that checked her out and couldn't find a response from the baby. Shoot if a bolt of lightning hit me right now it couldn't put a damper on my spirits!  They took blood and did some tests today to make sure the baby doesn't have anything wrong from the crash, so we still have to sweat that out but under the circumstances that is nothing! I'll say this too that I will try never to let my emotions grip me like that again. I will never question my faith or place blame like that again. I felt like my world ended and I gave up almost all hope, but grasped a little sliver of hope to hang onto. Every night I asked why and begged that it not be true,,and it turned out alright. I am truly blown back by this whole thing and feel like a changed man. This is so great!!

I will scan it tomorrow It's kind of hard to distinguish what is what b/c it's the first ultrasound, but you can clearly see the baby's hand and fingers We will find out sex and get a detailed ultrasound in 6 weeks.
hehe funny story. my wife got a big kick out of this. I was going to skip class to be with my wife at her appointment this morning, but she said for me to go to class b/c I have a test in there and she wanted me to concentrate on school.
Well, she texted me and called me after class to say the baby made it and she had a ultrasound picture to show me.
The first thing I asked her was "Does the baby have a wiener???"
LoL, she got a real big kick out of that and started laughing telling me "you are so damn cute, yes Lee we all know you want a son but no it's too early. Of course that's the first thing you ask me lol"
I swear if I am blessed with a son I will prob pass out when I find out it's a boy hehe. Ultimately I just want a healthy baby especially after all we have gone thru with this baby before he/she was even born, but having 2 daughters already if I do have a 3rd I enact the "3 strikes" rule. 3 daughters = 3 strikes and your out. No more

I didn't know about the accident, but I am so happy your baby is OK!!!!!!
My babies are 11 and 14 years old and still give them a hug and kiss goodnight every night.
