I'd respectfully ask that those who wish to reflect quietly upon the number of
"FORMER EMBRYO"s who didn't have the opportunity to grow. Didn't have the voice to plead for their chance at a beautiful life in the image of the Father. Didn't have the chance to grow to be as human as you or I...to make our mistakes and to share our successes.
I'd also respectfully ask that those who wish to quietly reflect and pray for those MOM'S who are grieving for the "FORMER EMBRYO"s that they chose to not carry and nurture.
I do not care to be involved in the abortion debate just simply ask to remember those who we lost before we even knew them. Lord Have Mercy.
The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, .

Then perhaps you folks who are so quick to condemn a statement which I am waiting to hear disputed...could share what is false or misinformed in that opening statement.
If I misled you to believe that my personal opinions are not solid then I apologize just as if I stated that I was not biased in this opinion when I posted it.
Once again we have those who protect a right which is not being challenged...but the same folks do not want to know of the collateral damage done to these "FORMER EMBRYO"S.
By the way is the term "FORMER EMBRYO" an incorrect description of the simple mass of tissue that is determined to be not a human and thusly free to be extracted and thrown in the trash??????

Glad to see Autumn is appreciative to my posting the anniversary date of 34 years ago when 9 men made that decision. The decisions of independent women to end the growth of "Former Embryo"s who number into the tens of millions of females never to make any decision let alone a decision as to who or what lives or dies.
You are right that is terribly inflammatory and maybe you folks ought to beseech the Refs to eliminate this thread from growing into something larger.

after pondering on this thread a moment and your position I feel that all that lieing around that pool you always brag about in Fla under that hot sun has some how fried your brain...and the 34th anniversary isn't really meaningful...as Navy Dog said...Abortion is legal....now run along and have another rum and coke by your fabulous pool near your fabulous house in the oh so fab state of Fla. I, on the other hand, will shiver here in Ohio, and sip my cocoa content in the fact that a womans right to an abortion in this country is now, and hopefully will remain forever, the law of the land.

Well,Autumn, I can't speak for GM,but I've seen enough evidence to know that Ralphie is very selective about "which collateral damage" he will and won't accept.  In some cases he embraces it and in some he abhores it. Go figure?

How about my wife's chance at independence from the child she would of had after being raped in college. Or the fact that I wouldn't be married to her because she would of had a child from that rape and I wasn't about to date a single mom. I don't want kids. I cetainly don't want some one elses kid and certainly wouldn't want any woman to have to raise the constant reminder of a horrible and tragic moment in her life.

I see. What's sad is that you feel that way. Living, breathing children that will never know the love of a family is much more heartbreaking to me than those that were "thrown away". Both are tragic and neither make sense to me, but for the ones that DID make it out alive, they deserve more. You just want to add to the problem.
