the rotation wasn't that great with ben out anyways. jj was just as bad as joe's been tonight, and arguably dumber.

the defense just has not been there tonight.

not the end of the world.

this game would be pretty damn close right now with the FT's that have been missed...i think Boston has little air guns on the rim to blow the ball out

MB continues to lag in this game.. the second that they commit that foul to get us in the bonus is the second you get LB back in the game... Not like it matters cause we aint hitting the FT's, but man o man, MB is really not "gettin it" tonite....

MB treating this like a game in November....

Hehehe ... I was just wondering myself if the arena crew came out at half time and loosened up some bolts on their hoop, and tightened the bolts up on ours. It seems like they can throw in any desperate shot and it goes in ... while we're playing with one of those playground rims.

No, its not the end of the world... but it has been you that has been preaching that we are the better team... look, I think we can beat these guys in Boston, but it all starts and ends with LB, and the guy needs to to play better at the garden if we are gonna win a series without homecourt against these guys..

our frontcourt guys (outside of AV) oughtta be ashamed of themselves tonite.. Joe Smith got thrown around like a god damn rag doll.. that aint acceptable, especially for a veteran.. guy has been in the league for 14 years, and we are a "no excuse" team..

It's time to sack up and get tougher... Ben Wallace woulda helped tonite...

just wasn't a good effort..boston is a championship team...we aren't there yet..i think we're a couple post players thatt can create and finish away..we need to get alot stronger and younger down low..losing this game with no garnett is going to be a mental thing for the cavs. I can't believe they weren't more prepared for this team...played catch up the whole game and never figured out the celtics defense. Lets hope we put this behind us and get on a roll. this game i think is going to come back and bite us in the ass

thats a hard one...JJ is horrid though..but i think he's got potential..he's getting waay more minutes than he should. this loss is bad because it seems we really really struggle against teams that we need to beat to get the championship. mentally they need wins during the season. LA spanks us and Boston spanks us 2 times..but atleast we beat boston at home..i think we get HCA and we win the east...if not...i think its over in 5-6. i hope ben comes back strong...coming back from a broken leg. alot to ask for a guy at the end of his career

I wouldnt go that far, but the bottom line is that the game is 48 minutes, and as a team, we disappeared for stretches... I was very let down with MB's rotations in the first half, as well as our strategy to double off the opening tip, before Pierce even hit any jumpers..

Like I said, its time for this group to sack up vs Boston... notice that Boston used their fouls and made our guys "earn" the points at the line... we need to do that.. no reason powe should be gettin clean layups and dunks... we needed to be a bit "dirtier" on defense tonite...

it's going at least 6-7, can't base everything on one game. they played great basketball, but so did we when we beat them by 15 without z.

and boston did not spank us twice, that first game should have been won by the cavs, they had a lead for a long time in that game and gave it away. they only lost by 5. it was a good close hard fought game.

we need ben wallace though, tonight was evident. joe smith is a nice addition, but we need ben's presence down low. if he's there, doc rivers does not have his guys play in the paint like they did tonight.

it's one loss, it's not the end of the world, the cavs are fine.

and like i said, as far as homecourt advantage go, realize we have but 8 home games left, as well as another crack at boston in the q.

we're fine.

as far as jj goes, he really needs to put the offseason work in if he thinks he's gonna be what he's been hyped up to be.

his size and athleticism say one thing, but his game speaks another.

there's no reason he can't turn into a productive player, i don't think he's the next great big guy, but he can earn a legitimate spot in this rotation, instead of a guy who's being awarded time because of various injury issues.

biggest thing that irritated me other than making powe look like kareem, was when davis got ejected...that was the time to sieze momentum and make a push in a very close game..they settled, didn't get agressive and lebron just jacked up jumpers. while boston went inside inside inside. we gave this game away with crappy rotations and gameplan. I mean these guys are in the NBA..they know when you are trying to change momentum, you got to get aggressive and make the other team play defense..they didn't do that

he needs a good offseason conditioning program..he's got the frame he can add some bulk and get a little leaner. he's pretty flabby...kinda reminds me of Diop
