Well your talking about a different State and a different period of time. I doubt that Little would be able to get off with 90 days in jail today under the same circumstances.
Remember Micheal Vick is in jail for killing dogs.
All that being said, bring in Holt. If Stallworth is aquitted then you have Braylon, Holt and Stallworth as your WR corp.
If not then you have Braylon, Holt & Cribbs/Draft Pick.

Where you are correct however the gambling ring was dog fighting. Where just about everyfight one dog dies. It wasn't a huge casino where blackjack is over there, craps is over there and dog fighting is over here. It was a culture of humans watching two dogs maul each other.
So yes he is in jail for gambling but the whole gambling ring was set up to fulfill their enjoyment of watching one dog basically kill another.
But back to the original statement that Little received a 90 jail sentence on a DUI homicide in 1998 I seriously doubt that today Little or Stallworth (if it is found that he has drugs or alcohol in his system) will receive such a light sentence. Especially since then DUI laws have become more and more strict over the years. I know Ohio it has I'm not sure of Florida's laws though.

If you have money (ie a good lawyer), you aren't going to face the level of charges of others in a similar position.
I'm still waiting to find out if he had drugs or alcohol in his system. First that would probably trigger manslaughter charges. Second, who knows if he's ever tested positive before with the league for drug-related issues which would then trigger a 4-game suspension.
I'm going to guess he didn't have any alcohol in his system. It was 7 am, he probably just got back from crashing at someone's house. That's my guess.
If there was no alcohol in his system, he's probably going to get probation.
The harshness of alcohol laws will probably have nothing to do with this being a similar case as Little's. The strength of alcohol laws from state to state might, however.

Sorry...I couldn't read all that...but I'm sure you had a point in there somewhere. And was that crap sandwich or Crab Sandwich...I got an urge for a good Crab Salad Sandwich now...lol 
Look without really reading all that...I can guess you are frustrated - you hold no monopoly on that. All I know is AL let Carmen run the show and he stayed away.
Randy took over and has taken this slowly over...not cause he wants us to wallow in mediocrity. He wants...truly wants to bring a winner here and everything he has done has indicated so.
If Savage/RAC had their marriage going strong I don't think he would have acted it fell apart. Butch...the guy had a nervous breakdown as Rome Burned and Randy was on the scene one year.
It is what it is. What I like is that we just hired our first coach in like 30 years that actually had HC experience...and the last one was the only (with exception to MARTY) HC to have a winning Record in that span. So as you can see the frustration of Futility is great cause we all know in those MARTY glory years actually came bigger heartache 
Hey nobody said it will be EASY...but you know what, we are at least in the NFL and we got a shot. It could be Baseball and we're the Pirates with little to no chance as there is no parity in Baseball.
JMHO - Soon Happy Days are coming soon. Guarantee you before I pass away the Browns will win a Championship
