I think our traffic is, on average, probably 1/3rd of theirs, at best.
However, as of this moment, they have 77 registered and 16 guests connected within the last 10 minutes, to which we have 35 registered and 35 guests right now.... so we're at about 2/3rds of them at the moment. I expect our numbers to be skewed a bit as I suspect that a fair number of what is being seen as a guest here is actually search engine bots, while I think their board does a bit better filtering of them when doing its counting.... so, we're probably at a little under half of what they get.
That said, I have full confidence that this server could have handled 10 times what we had on Saturday and not missed a beat.

the quality of this board, far surpasses the browns actual board....
would be awesome for purp if browns fans traffic on this board exceeded the main board one day....

I don't know what the stats are on the Browns Site, But I'm sure Purp knows them here...
My guess is that the Browns site gets more traffic... Just a guess

I'm sorry you read between the lines and saw something that wasn't there. My post was made in relief that the needed changes have been made and the performance of the site greatly improved......and that perhaps those that were teetering (and capable of donating) go ahead and donate now that we can all see that the improvements are worth donating to so the board owner doesn't have to bear the brunt of the monthly costs.
