Outside of sports and the Discovery, History and SciFi channels I barely watch TV. I like The Office but that's really about it.
I like those kinds of reality TV.
Man vs. Wild, Survivorman, Mythbusters, Time Warp...stuff where you can learn things.
I HATE the "dramafest crap" like the Real World, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Rock of Love, Shot of Love, Flavor of Love, Ammo of Love (not a real show, just making a point). It's trash TV, IMO.

I wouldnt really consider Mythbusters or shows like that reality TV, I would call them educational. Stuff like American Chopper would be considered reality though.

Including the Bachelor and the Bachelorette. Trash!
Interesting note: The season 3 Bachelor show "winner" lives in my building (Jen Schefft).
I see her all the time in the workout room. My wife turns to butter when she's around (my wife is celebrity stalker). I get to talk to her because Jen's best friend is a my good friends wife. I always pretend to forget her name....like if I only know her from the wedding. Funny, my other best friend turned down a blind date with Jen because he wasn't in the mood.....one month later she was picked for the show. He felt like an ass for that one.
The only celebrity I'd get excited to see would be Jesus (he's not a celebrity....but you get my point). Ok, maybe Shaq, Bernie, Lebron and Anothony Kiedis. Even then, I wouldn't go up to them.
One more question, isn't the news a reality TV show too?
