No clue what your talking about. I'm assuming some sort of TV show?

Yeah, its a TV show. This guy goes to different establishments all over the U.S. and takes the challenge of eating these ridiculously enormous meals.
I also saw the Columbus episode. I've been to the Ohio Deli several times and always thought that Dagwood sandwich looked easy to polish off. But I always felt it was dumb to eat that much food to find out.

He went to Thurmans and had the burger huh? Good choice, excellent chow. I took playoffmaker there right before he left Columbus for Minneapolis.
The other places he should have gone was Katzingers Deli and the North Market.

Fun show...he wears his Thurman Cafe shirt in several other episodes. Someone else mentioned Diners, Drive-ins and Dives...LOVE that one too. Food has a new show that I watched last night called "the Best Thing I Ever Ate" about where the network's people have eaten the best of a type of food...last night was fried foods in one episode and the other was BBQ. Good stuff These shows give me ideas for when I travel. It also has me thinking outside the box when I cook at home. I *heart* cooking/food shows.

I DVR that show all the time.
I've followed him around some places. I went to two of the places he went to in Memphis. Gus's and Rendezvous...both were incredibly good.

I've now eaten at 4 places I've seen on the show...
Thurman's (been too long), Schmidt's (the buffet is the bomb!!! I need to go there for lunch again... it's been too long), and used to go to Ohio Deli all the time (but don't go that far south too much anymore) all from the Columbus episode.
And Red Mill Burgers in Seattle. They make a dang good burger and really good onion rings.
I'm looking forward to going to Chicago and checking out Al's Italian Beef. I love to check out the places from that show... but I never try to challenge because I no longer try to eat all that I can eat.

As much as I hate Pittsburgh, he went to a place there that serves some moster breakfasts.
