Anyone see this yet? I checked it out Saturday night with my Brother-in-Law and we laughed from the beginning straight through until the end. I can't say I've watched a movie that had me laughing so hard for so long. I highly recommend it for anyone that like Borat. It is Borat times 2.

Haven't seen it yet. Wanna see it on $5 movie night tonight but I'm gonna be at a Taco Bell in Parma this evening for a promotion so I'm gonna wait until next week.

I hear the shock value is high but it doesn't have the "WOW" factor of Borat.

Some people at work saw it...........got up and left after fifteen minutes, as did many others in the theater.

I didn't like Cohen's movies before so I won't see this one. Just more of the same but with a different character. If you like him, you'll like the movie, if you don't, you won't.

***Gordon, I really didn't think you could be this stOOpid, but you exceeded my expectations. Wussy.

I've got it in the Netflix queue. We have 3 month old twins so we aren't getting to the theater. Although we will get a sitter and get out and see H.Potter 6.

I am anxious to see it though. I liked Borat a lot.

I'm sure this movie will have more people walking out of it then any other movie in history. However I gotta question a persons intellegence to go into a movie like this without expecting to be offended or at least knowing that the subject was going to consist of sick homour. Why would a person who doesn't like Sci Fi go and see Star Trek for instance? Doesn't make sense. It's not like he didn't introduce Bruno on his comedy show.

I have a sick sense of humour and that's why I thought it was so funny. We had a few people leave early on but the crowd that stayed was roaring through the whole thing. Obviously those that stayed knew what to expect.

I agree with you to a point, but I dont think anyone could have truly expected all that happened in that movie. Im a big Cohen fan, have been watching Ali G since it premiered, but I did not expect to see as much of what was shown and wouldn't blame anyone for walking out.

That being said, I thought it was funny, I don't think it was nearly as good as Borat though, but definitely worth seeing. I've actually always liked the Bruno character more than Borat, but I think the Borat movie was much better.

That's cool. I personally figured that a movie version of the Bruno charactor was going to be pretty crazy. Especially after witnessing the hotel scene in Borat.

For the record I am more of a Borat fan than I am of Bruno. I loved both movies...maybe I laughed more with Bruno cause my brother in law was watching it with me. Either way both are classics.

So does Bruno have a lot of scenes like the hotel room scene in Borat? If it does I will not watch Bruno. I thought Borat was a hilarious movie but that one scene I hated.

King, if the hotel scene bothered you, you do not want to see this movie. Remember, this character is actually gay.

There was a lot of funny shock humor, but not as much fooling interviewees-type stuff. It was definitely entertaining and made me laugh a lot, but it's a stretch to call this a "good movie.". Funny shock value stuff, but the story is extremely weak... Like a tenth grade English project.

Overall I say it was entertaining, but it is what it is... Which is a sophomoric shock flic.

What is a "WOW" factor, and how did Borat get that response from you?

I met him a few times, back when he was doing the Ali G character (the other two were on his show but not yet marketed).

Very, very polite and intelligent man...once he gets into wardrobe - boom, it's over - he is that character and will break for nothing or no one.

People expect crazy things from Bruno after seeing Borat.

Borat was a one time thing. Bruno may have its own place but it's not gonna be as funny.

I'll find out in about a half hour. Decided at the spur of the moment to catch the late night show even though I gotta be up early tomorrow.

Verdict: Would have been hilarious had Borat not come out 3 years earlier.

Still good, not great though.

The Hangover still kills it as funniest movie of the summer.

IIRC, he actually had a silver spoon education, didn't he?
