Apparently you haven't been working very long

I too, would like to see SocSec overhauled though,...just don't have the smarts to suggest what or how.

I know, or just found out, that if I don't get my can back to "real" work, that I can't draw what I am entitled to. Supposedly you have to have had worked for ten quarters in the 3 years immediately preceding your "retirement." Would like to know how that officially works, since I initially "retired" 16 years ago.
