Just a reminder to all you Clown fans, the Bengals will be making their debut on HBO's Hard Knocks Series tonight at 10 PM.

Recently I saw the Browns offensive line was ranked among the worst in football. I kind of feel sorry for Quinn and Anderson as they'll be on their back most of the season. How does it feel when it's almost guranteed that you'll go no better than 1-5 in your own division this year?

Argue all you want but your secondary sucks along with your offense. Bash me all you want but I'll be the last one laughing when Palmer throws for 350 yards and 4 TD's against your swiss cheese secondary. I'll even put money down that Adrian Peterson runs for 180 yards against your porus defense in the first game.

Remember to watch HBO tonight at 10! I'll check back in closer to the beginning of the season to douse your hope. Good Luck, you'll certainly need it!

The Bengals should know all about Hard Knocks. Unfortunately, I don't get HBO, so I can't watch the Freak Show.

Another Bungles fan using the rankings as smack. Hey, I guess when you're desperate...

RT and RG you might make a semblance of an argument with the Bungles line, but please, tell me who, from the center left is better on the Bungles than the Browns? Center by the way includes both Fraley and Mack. Hell, you guys haven't even gotten "man-bags" Smith into camp last I checked.

I don't think you should talk about quarterbacks being on their back either. Just ask "bloody nose" Palmer how his play has been since Kimo took him down.

Porous defense? Really? I mean, you do have a lot of room to talk since your defense has been just the shining light of all NFL defenses since 1990.

Please put your money down by the way. It should be easy for you to pay if you lose. All you have to do is drive over to Hyde Park and hand it to me.

this is rich....Bengal fans WANT us to watch the Hard Knocks show?

I did just for the jokes I can now use on Bengals fans....I mean, they make it too easy....I mean, this stuff belongs in the shack, but it's just reporting what happened on the show:

1. Roy Williams admitting that he and Coles have an agreement to pretend to be practicing so they can dog it.

2. Only carrying 11OL, when 2 are hurt, they can't even run 2 units. And, they all are going to get worn down like that too.

3. TE gets hurt, they are down to 2 TE's....TE coach asks Mike Brown if they can sign another one. He responds to switch over a DE to practice as a TE. TE coach walks away shaking his head muttering (unfortunately camera's mikes couldn't pick up what he was saying...would have been rich).

4. Ochocinco "practicing"...more like going through the motions so he can get back on twitter and a webcast on the sidelines....

5. Roy Williams again....dogging it but Coles wasn't in his area, some backup RB was....he was going hard and just leveled/ran over Roy. Poor Roy boy.

6. Anytime Mike Brown opened his mouth.....anyone here who complains about Lerner, just watch that show...you'll appreciate that he isn't Mike Brown at least.

7. I do feel bad for Palmer....he really looks like he is trying to be a leader and right the ship....but it's such a mess that he's just in over his head there.

he's not actually holding out....

he went to Old Country Buffet and he isn't leaving until he's had "all he can eat"

his agent is just stalling the contract negotiations until that point (it's gonna be awhile)

hey, anyone else notice that since the show actually aired, no Bengals fans to be found on this board?

hmm, a show that demonstrates to the world how horribly managed the team is and basically kills any hope a Bengals fan could have going forward that the diretion could be corrected.

on the other hand, it's the best comedy show on HBO right now. the faces on all of the coaches faces last night as Mike Brown directed them who to cut (the 80 downto 75 cuts) was priceless. I think Zimmer might punch him in the face one of these weeks. Good stuff (unless you cheer for Cinci).

I actually like Marv Lewis as a coach, and have kind of grown fond of some of the Bengals coachs and players. But it is in kind of a feel sorry for them kind of way. What a bunch of buffoons that are in the management team that is running the Bengals.

Yes, how true..We stand in awe of how wonderfully run the Clowns are. I mean you have such stability at QB and a #1 WR who is brimming with confidence and hands like glue. What a wonderful set of shutdown corners and DB's you have and hey, ya can't go wrong if you truly believe that another Belichich disciple will lead you to the promised land huh?? ( I think I've heard fo that somewhere before)

There's an old saying in football, it you have 2 QB's then you really don't have one good one..Aside from Joe Thomas and Rogers, who can you guys really rely on? Yeah okay..The comedic, bottom feeding act that is the Clowns begins its three ring circus once again, in 8 days..But hey you can always hang your hat on the fact that for one day during the 2009 season, your team wasnt' in last place.

If you're quarterback could step off the team bus without sustaining a knee injury, I'd be absolutely shocked. Other than that, your starting linebacker and first round pick fom last year had his season ended because of a block thrown by a WIDE RECEIVER. Then, after holding out for nearly the entire preseason, you guys cave into the demands of a fat, sloppy, overweight, red flag-covered BLOB who injures his foot in his first practice after showing up 35 lbs. overweight. Add on Ocho JACKASS already being fined during the preseason, watching Cedric Benson at RB (about the equivalent to Jamal, I know, but both are just pathetic), and well the rest of your defense is just laughable. It's okay though, at least you guys get GREAT press coverage from Hardknocks! Tragedy absolutely THRILLS audiences on the HBO smallscreen

continuing.....

still adding guys with criminal history through the draft and FA....

oh and how they replaced one of the best route runners and hands WRs in the NFL with a player who literally cried to the media last year when Pennington was traded away (and who couldn't score a TD if you left him alone in the endzone and tried handing him the ball)....and paid him the same $$$

should we even continue?

In comparison to what? The 'iron man" Clowns QB's who eventually got so banged up last year you had to start Gradkowski off the streets? Oh yeah that's rich right there.

Quote:

I mean really, that is so weak it almost doesn't deserve a response. Keith Rivers, who by the way is better than any LB you have on your roster, was playing great until Ward hit him with a cheap shot block that has now been outlawed. Please try again.

Quote:

So I guess we should have pulled a Cleveland and done what?? Look at his contract and you can see right now that if he doesn't hold form, he wont see a whole lot of the money in it. Its called incentives. Something very few on your roster, old or new, seem to have much of.

Quote:

Yeah we should just get rid of him for wearing an orange chin strap huh? Hey while you're at it, tell the Vikings to get rid of Favre for his fine for a block..You're reaching for straws so hard your armpits are bleeding

Quote:

Cedric Benson at RB (about the equivalent to Jamal, I know, but both are just pathetic)

You mean the same Benson who came to your home field and flat out punked your whole defense? Jamaal looks like at 240 ballerina trying not to get hit..Sorry dont see the comparison sunshine.

Quote:

and well the rest of your defense is just laughable.

This coming from a fan of the Cleveland defense? Where did you finish last year in defensive rankings?? We finished 12th..Got better over the off season. Can you say that about that current swiss cheese squad you're fielding?

Quote:

It's okay though, at least you guys get GREAT press coverage from Hardknocks! Tragedy absolutely THRILLS audiences on the HBO smallscreen

Then if they pick the Clowns for next season, they might sweep the Oscar and Emmy Awards. Your team is far past being a tragedy..Nothing quite like watching the Titanic sink over and over again.

This is all STILL way too easy!

Dude...you are a BENGALS FAN!

You have no place to smack fans of ANY team!

You guys have ONE Hall of Famer...and he was an offensive tackle.

You guys have NEVER been the best team in this, or any league.

You have the WORST owner in the NFL.

And just for the record, Paul Brown Stadium probably has the ugliest design of any stadium in Pro Sports.

Go home, no one cares about you or your pathetic "team".

I'm serving with full grown adults in the military that have only been alive for 1 winning season by the Bungles. The Browns have had three times as many winning season in the same amount of time, and they didn't even have a team for three years.

2 Superbowls = Best in the AFC. Can the Clowns claim that? Nope! Now that the Cards made it to the show, there are like 4 teams that haven't been to one yet. I'll bet you can guess who one of them is!!!

You mean the award winning stadium which was built only a few years ago. Dont be jealous. I can understand it though, if your cheapskate ownership had decided to build a stadium, your team might have seen a higher level of success and never left town..But then again, it is Cleveland...With a little emphasis on the "L-E-V-E" part.

You dont care but you're so full of opinions about them..Cant' wait until they get to give the Clowns their obligatory beating as usual...

And to the Jr. Airman who posted below you, I am serving with full grown adults (which you dont really seem to be) who still can't understand why current Airmen need "time out cards" because their MTI is hurting their poor little feelings..Also I'm serving with full grown adults with grandparents and children who have never seen the Clowns do anything but choke when it counted most..
