You left off.. Brady Quinn or Derrick Anderson? I picked Brady's return.. the rest are either old (Favre) or have little to do with football (Ben and Vick)...

Depends on how you mean compelling.

Compelling can mean whatever you want it to mean...irritating, exciting, etc.

I voted for Vick.
Ben's has nothing to do with football. And should have no effect on his performance.
Brett Favre didn't even miss a year.
Tom Brady was only out for a year, and is coming back to the best team in football.
Vick, was out for two years. Who knows what kind of shape he is going to be in? How is he going to fit into the Eagles offense? etc.
I'm intrigued...

Really, so you think that Brady won't miss a beat and go back to his original form. Hmm, I have my doubts. And I'm offended that you would call them the best team in football. All kidding aside though, they really aren't at this particular point in time.

You're right about that...everyone has the same record at this point in the season.

I chose Vick because it's the most controversial.
Favre isn't compelling.... I can care less about the NFL's queen.
Ben's isn't much of a story until the case starts up, until then I hope he lives up life, rides a crotch rocket really fast without a helmet, has unprotected sex with more women, gets syphillis, etc.
Brady is coming off of an injury, like 100 other players, so to me that isn't anything special.

lol on Ben... I went with Vick same reason as you. But to be honest, I don't care a whole lot about any of those storylines.

Sorry, I guess I should have worded that differently. They are the most talented team in football. Unfortunately, you are right, until someone beats Pittsburgh, they are the best team in football...

Which may or may not cause you at the age of 15 to tell her to shut up in a post and have an entire message board backlash directed at you in the thread you commented on or in your private mailbox... Not saying that happened to me at all... I mean in whoever that happened to's defense I'm sure they were young(er) and (slightly more) stupid when it happened...
Back to the topic at hand... it's Brady's return (not ours', but the Pats) because the man set all sorts of records the year before, and then was hurt and missed an entire season by freak injury. That and his receiving core is even better and more explosive with Joey Galloway joining the mix as well as the guy who came from the Eagles. It should be flatout scary what they can do again this year.
Politicians are puppets, y'all. Let's get Geppetto!
