Going back to when SF traded Terrel Owens to Baltimore -

If he doesn't show up, he doesn't get paid.

I'm certain that for the trade to go through, he has to take a physical.

- Essentially, if he doesn't show up at all, the Raiders don't lose their draft pick.

- But, the Raiders have the option to give NE the draft pick and retain the rights to Seymour.
