Thought y'all might be interested in this.

Browns jersey trade in

For a limited time, fans can take advantage of a trade-in allowance by saving 25 percent on any new Browns jersey from Reebok when they turn in an old one - only at the Cleveland Browns Team Shop.

That's right, jerseys of any kind can be traded in at the Team Shop at Cleveland Browns Stadium.

The new Browns jersey can be one that features any player, or be any style or size.

The discount, which is only available at the Team Shop, is not valid on custom or already discounted jerseys and additional discounts do not apply. Gently worn jerseys will be donated to local youth football organizations.

For more information, call the Team Shop at (440) 824-3427.

Too bad you can't do it on the internet.

I have Couch and Winslow jerseys collecting dust in my closet.

Let's hope the Quinn jersey last awhile.

I just have Braylon

Yeah I know he's still on the team and an actual contributor but I don't feel confident long term in the jersey.

I called, and they told me a GMdawg jersey traded in would ADD 25 percent to the price

That's a rather depressing list and other than Winslow, very poor choices. Seriously, why would you buy a Frye, Green, or Suggs jersey?

I'd think if a guy was a good contributor while he was here, such as Winslow, you could still wear that one proudly even if he is not on the team anymore, especially if you are a fan of the player.

I have Couch and KJ, but I still wear 'em.
My next one will be either BQ or Joe Thomas. Joe T. looks like a safe bet, we'll see about Quinn.

Invest in the Quinn jerseys now. They will be a hot ticket item by the end of the year. I have a thousand of them and am ready for the high demand that will be coming after he lights up the league this year.

I plan to retire early.

Why would I buy a William Green jersey? Because he was "supposed" to be our franchise back.

Why would I buy a Charlie Frye? He was "supposed" to be the savior.

Why would I buy Lee Suggs? Because I went up the night before a game, and forgot to pack a jersey, so I bought one outside the stadium for like $50

I have an orange Courtney Brown jersey and a brown Joe Thomas jersey. The Courtney Brown Jersey still looks brand new but the Joe Thomas Jersey I bought before his rookie season when they were first released and is getting pretty worn out :P

I have two authentic JT jerseys (non including the signed on hanging in our basement), white and brown, as well as a white Winslow replica. This year I want a Mack.

This thread is exactly why I don't purchase jerseys of current players. What a waste of $. Even if they are good, they will leave Cleveland (ie Winslow).

I hope that's a really bad joke.

B/c 'investing' in unproven players is akin to putting it all on #5 at the roulette wheel and hoping.

You act like it's a dumb idea. Look I've got boxes and boxes of them and when all the stores run out, who do you think people are going to run to? Me, of course. And I'll be waiting.

Then I'm going to take all that money and go put it on that #5 in roulette. 35-1 ... sounds good to me. I'll just be that much richer. It's as easy as 1-2-3 ...

Please don't buy any jerseys on the current roster. Actually I'd pay you to by a Rothlesberger jersey. Seems you have the right touch. haha

And what good does this do when they are already more than 25% marked up?

I wonder what they do with the old Jerseys????

What a great program! I have a Couch, Green, and I got my daughter a KWII. I also have #84 Jurevicius I am wearing now that I won't get rid of. Joe is high on my list of favorite players ever and he is from the area.

I want to get a #57 Clay Matthews sometime. He is my all-time favorite Brown ever. That will be the last of my jersey purchases ever.

Though Quinn is stepping up and blaming himself for the loss yesterday... I'd like to let everyone know who the real person is to blame for yesterdays 3rd and 4th quarter debacle are. It's me, or should I say its crazyotto for letting me know they had this promotion going... and then I go at half time and trade in my JJ jersey for a Quinn. He proceeds to then throw an INT and loses a fumble causing us to lose the game. I am sorry and I will sacrifice my purchase tonight to the Gods in hopes for forgiveness.

Lol.

Were you able to find one in a decent size? I admit we only looked at Cribbs jerseys yesteday but couldn't find anything smaller than a 3xl.

I have a Couch, a Warren, a custom one, and a Matthews... my wife has a couch and a Green jersey.

2 years ago I said "no more of this current player crap", and that's when I got the Matthews jersey.

My daughter has a Kosar.

I have an Andra Davis jersey, old style with his full name on it b Andre Davis was also on the team. I will not be trading this in, but I may spring for a DQ jersey if he resigns, also in consideration are Cribbs, Thomas, or Hall.

Yeah I had to settle for a home (brown) jersey... and its the semi-auth, with name and numbers stiched on. Found the last large...

Last Reebok I bought was Spielman and the numbers wore off in no time. Mind you, they were pressed on of course, but still....

My Clay jersey is also the cheaper pressed on type, but the numbers are still quite intact and it's over 20 years old! Hell, it still fits.
