I got an email this morning from the Browns about Mangini naming Anderson the starter this week. I thought, "who the hell cares?!", and went to unsubscribe from future mail. Here's the message I got: Thank you very much for being a part of our mailings. We appreciate the time you spent with us, and we look forward to serving you. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. I'm surprised it didn't just say "server too busy".

Oh yeah, I know.. But the Organization itself is the thing that ruined the old board.. so this is just another nail in the coffin so to speak... LOL I got it Michelle
I hate to say this, but ever since John Collins came in, the changes that were made by him have, to some degree, negatively impacted the fan experience.
I don't know if it was his actions, but its a timing thing. he came in and things changed for the worse... I suppose it could be coincidence,,

I got three quarters through the questionaire then I thought, whats wrong with these guys? This is stupid, what fans want is simply good football, so I never sent the survey in.
Now I'm kicking myself I had a chance to put in my 2 cents worth an I blew it.
I'm hoping they get the message anyway.

Instead of trying to unsubscribe I updated my profile to stop the emails, it seemed to work.

By work I mean the change was accepted. I'm not sure if it will actually stop all the emails but I really hope it does because I nearly hit my computer ehen I got the email that email.

I just delete them. For me, no sense getting worked up over what I call spam. Some days I get 2, some days I get 20. Delete, delete, done.

didn't any of you ever use newsgroups, listserv or anything as a kid?
i did this last week, worked for me...receive no more...got a email back saying i was removed from the list...

We didn't have computers when I was a kid shoot we didn't even have a color TV til I was 8...so no I never did whatever it is you asked. LOL
