With the emergence of Fred Jackson in Buffalo I would be willing to bet that the Bills would trade Marshawn Lynch if the right deal were offered. I know he has some baggage, but what, if anything, would you give up for Lynch?
To expand on that thought, I personally would like to see us acquire Lynch (of course that means he is available) and Jason Campbell this off season. In my opinion, it would make winning next year seem a little bit more attainable.
To rehash though, what would you give up for Marshawn Lynch?

Not a Mangini guy.
Chris Wells is doing nothing in Arizona. I'd love to take him off their hands. (I'm obviously not being completely serious, but I have no idea why he's not playing)

Is Buffalo still interested in Quinn? I'd send Quinn and Braylons #3 for Lynch.

No thank you. I'm happy enough with the 3 we have, and presumably we'll have all 3 back next year.
If we're going to spend money on FAs or new players, I'd rather it be RT, RG, QB and defense over a headache RB.

Has been suspended once for..what was it? Weed?
However, young back...load of ability. Has power and wiggle. I'd throw a second or a third at them.
Jason Campbell....not a penny.

though I think he'd make a fine backup, we have 3 of those on our roster as it is.

Still don't understand the infatuation with Jason Campbell.. he's a more athletic version of DA, he's inconsistent, prone to big mistakes... He's NOT the long term answer so I see NO need to bring him here at this point...

BQ and a 4th or 5th for Lynch, is what I'd give.
*Note, I don't want to trade BQ, I'm just assuming he'll be the next to go.

I wouldn't say I have an infatuation with Jason Campbell, but I throw his name out there as I see him being the best option available in the off season, not in the draft. I think he is better than what we have right now. Honestly, I think we will have to draft a QB if we want a good one .... but I really want Berry. For all I care, stricken Campbells name so we can concentrate on peoples opinions of Lynch.

Fair enough. I just don't think Campbell is going to sign anywhere without a longer term deal (at least 3-4 years)... So why put that kind of money into a band-aid? If we aren't going after a QB this offseason, then stick with DA, heck stick with Quinn.. and give them next year.

Arizona is a pass-first team. Can't blame them with Fitz, Bolden and Co. And for when they do run, he's still splitting time with Hightower. He has to cure his dropsies (was it week 2 he lost 2 fumbles?) before he'll play the majority of their running plays.

I believe he had some injury problems and a fumbling problem.

Why would Buffalo be interested in Quinn? Aren't they committed to Edwards?

I don't understand it either. It makes no sense. I mean, if your going to upgrade a position. Then upgrade it. Don't make a move just for the sake of it.

Not interested in replacing lost baggage meself. Issues aplenty. Also needs a gross of handles from the Berea Hardware Emporium. Some would say even a "perfect" baggage-free team may not win, just sit and make nice. Not looking for virgins and saints, but I am willing to risk less poisoning of our own waterhole. We need help but not at any and ALL prices. Get the best pony if you want to race. Too many backups and not enough starter studs as is IMO. Pass (not DA, please).

Wonder if we could work up a trade to get Jonathan Stewart out of Carolina.

I couldn't agree more with both of you. Campbell is a lateral move or slightly above at best. He's been in the league several years and has yet to make a move into the upper echelon. While he has shown progress, it's been too slow for my tastes, and as he gets older he'll lose the athleticism that lets him get by now.

I doubt it, but I sure would love to! I'd take him over Lynch.
