Just to make it more clear, you have to differentiate between muscle gain and weight gain which are obviously two very different things. Also, listed weight and actual weight are often different, sometimes significantly.

Who gives a crap...Can the guy play football and can he sack the QB. Will he thrive under a spark plug like Ryan instead of that soft San Diego D. Turn the guy loose on third downs..give him no other responsabilities other than getting to the QB and dropping him. It will pro-long his career.

"You fudged on Merriman's weight-gain and you fudged on White's weight-gain. I proved it to be garbageola."
Just where did I lie Internet boy...glad you can look up and get some "EXPERT" to say you can't gain more than 1 pound of "PURE MUSCLE" per week.
Just what does that mean...and what comes with each pound of Muscles....hmmm what is the body 90% of ?????? Mr. Brilliant one...maybe with each pound of Muscled comes a lot of liquid weight with it...as long as its not FAT its good. But the body does of course need some FAT.
Stop this silly claim of me LYING...I see one person here DECEIVING - you still don't know squat and I will crown you INTERNET BOY - you can continue to Deceive people by surfing the internet and get some INFO to Deceive all.
Again...where did I lie about Merriman and White. Do you even know what PROOF is...Its not finding an article about someone and who knows who the heck he is. Proof is stating that there was a blood test and he was caught with Steroids - and I'm talking about after college where you are making your claim pre-draft...you know like 3-5 prospects are found every Combine cause they turn those prospects inside out...with Complete Blood Work looking for those things. So you saying the MASSIVE amount of Steroids he had to take in that 2 month Venue of preparing for the Combine to get buffed the way he was - BUT NONE SHOWED UP IN THE MOST EXTENSIVE MEDICAL RESEARCH ON A HUMAN BODY!
I'll stick with my Football You...you can stick that INTERNET BOY feather in your cap
Don't ever call me a liar again. I can make mistakes but calling somebody a liar is somebody trying to premeditate a deception...YOU KNOW, WHAT YOU DO!
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!

Who gives a crap?.... not me. Steroid use is common in professional sports, especially one like football where being bigger, faster, and stronger than your opponent is so important. Anybody who says different is either lying to you, selling you something, or doesn't know what they are talking about. It does matter though because of the bad publicity and with another positive test, he'll be suspended a year.
You're right though, more important is how he's playing, and he's been a non-factor this year
