I would consider Bin Laden as a replacement to this guy.
You know that I have been a fan of this message board for quite some time and as you can tell by the number of my posts I really don't have too much to say from time to time.
However, with your comment I take exception to that. As a veteran with over 21 years of service, who has lost friends in the 9/11 bombings, attended funerals for 5 fellow soldiers over the last 2 weeks, who has lost friends in Iraq and Afganastan; remarks like yours are totally uncalled for.
However, I and my fellow soldiers forgive you because....you having the right for stating your opinion is exactly the reason why we serve. We/They lay their lives on the line every day to give you the chance and CHOICE to state your opinion.
Be pissed off at me all you want...however do yourself a favor ....and visit some lonesome vet at your nearest medical center. They need your support and you will feel better and realize that this is just a damn game.

It was a joke.
I was making a joke here guys.
I hate terrorists. I love my country. I have the utmost respect for the boys that fight for our freedom and I was in the Twin Towers about 10 minutes before the first plane hit. I worked on the NYSE for 12 years. Trust me, 9/11 is a day I will never forget.
I was making a point. Not advocating for a terroist to coach the team.
I think we need to relax maybe.

haven't gotten to page 2 but your posts from page one pretty much DITTO that for me.
Except for the expectations for BQ to actually do well.
I don't know...I know its probably my Kool Aid Imagination but when BQ came in at 3 minutes...there seemed to be a spark there that I didn't see in his 2.5 game. As in he KNEW this was his team now. If he comes out confident...there actually could be positive results.
At least we know out of the two QBs thats the only one with a possibility!
I cannot believe Mangini didn't announce his starter...FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON!!!
I think the Brown's faithful would make it rather hard for him to exist in this HOME game and honestly...Rightfully so.
Its really the only question mark I've had on Mangini this year. Not his discipline not his Alpha Dawg mentality.
But his handling of the QB position and worse yet his intoxication with DA.
If he continues to THINK DA gives the Browns the best opportunity to win...then honestly. He deserves to be gone and truly is not the GUY I thought he could be.

Sadly enough he could probably catch just as effectively as our wideouts have up to this point in the season
That being said, I will be so irate if we bench our young, pro-bowl quarterback for Brady Quinn. If you ask me, that would just be a marketing move and one to satisfy female Browns fans and hurt our chances to win

If it's not Quinn, I don't know if I can watch this team anymore this year.
I can't stand to watch Derek Anderson throw another pass for this team.
This is how a lot of people thought about Quinn in his short time as starter. Now we are wishing for the good ole days when quinn would go three in out because of not throwing more than 10 yards ever...(exaggeration)
I think DA will be gone before next year. I don't care how many dropped passes he has it is painful for me to even see him on the field. He at best is about a 55-56% passer. Add in all the drops and he is right around 50%. With this group of untalented receivers it is probably dropping his percentage down another 5-10%
I just hope Quinn will let it fly. I don't care if he throws some picks trying to throw downfield. I just want him to prove to me that he isn't afraid to wing it. I think DA did prove that we have had some open receivers. Too bad he just couldn't hit them.
