Jamal looked just as TERRIBLE in RAC's system with RAC's soft practices last year, but, now it's suddenly and exclusively EM's fault?? 
It amazes me how so many can fail to see the obvious... JL is out of gas and is desperately trying to find someone to blame other than himself.
Some RB's leave the game with dignity and others self destruct.
JL's got two flat tires, smoke pouring from the hood, and a dashboard full of warning lights. And this week he has to play against Ray Lewis who has a habit of ending RB's careers.
When JL first came here someone interviewed Ray and asked him about facing JL. He responded something along the lines of "There's a price to be paid for switching teams and Jamal isn't a Raven when he's on the field, he's the enemy".
Is it a coincidence that JL chooses this week to go off chirping to the press "I'm a Raven, I'm a Raven" (please don't hurt me guys- remember how we used to be pals?? )

1. You do knwo the difference between games 1-8 and 9-16 when your under .500 already, do you?
2. I am sure DA and BQ both played A LOT better last year than this
It's sad when EM's biggest pro argument is "as bad as last year".....even from that point of view (which is rubbish on so many levels to begin with): is that the goal of hiring a new HC&staff? To be "as bad"?
Still can't believe how many fans buy into this PR rubbish of EM...as said to Shap....it's basically a free pass on whatever he does....why should he get it?
