I posted on here a couple weeks back about having 2 rings, one from the grandmother and one that I bought. I proposed yesterday with her grandmothers ring, then also gave her the ring that I bought. She loved them both.
Just wanted to let everyone know that everything went really well and thanks for all the ideas and suggestions

I can give you one tip.
The ceremony is over and done with in almost no time, and you have your back to everyone most of the time, so don't waste a ton of money and time for decorations there. A little can go a long way if you do it right.
Your best memories and fun will come from the reception, focus on providing a fun and memorable event there.
And most of all, when the big day comes, remind your bride that everything that happens will just be a memory of the day, good or bad, just flow with it. Chances of everything going perfectly as envision is slim, and fretting over the most minor details that don't go as planned will just ruin the best day of your life.

See, that's where it's good to be in the entertainment industry . The only thing that I have to pay for so far is catering and a cake  . Well, I guess our photographer as well but he's giving us big discounts because he is the photographer that we use to photograph shows. The average rate for a wedding photographer here in Montana is 2k for the day, he's charging us 500 for both the engagement photo session (which we've already done) and for the wedding day
