This is sad...this fanbase has to grasp at conspiracy theories to defend the rotten fish EM is..of course it's not HIM that stinks this place up, it's all those bad, bad media guys and all other NFL people who stink... This is such a bad argument (it's not even one in the classic sense, it's like religous belief) since it can't be criticized either way.... Remember 2007? Why where we media darlings? Why did we get primetime games in 2008? We played competitive football, that's why...we didn't under Mangini....look at my sig: we were 32nd on Offense (guess Holmgren wanted to be nice) and 31st on Defense...that were the Mangini Browns 2009 The media, the rest of teh NFL worlds are like flags in the wind, they are just bottom line mirrors....in CLE it's going in 1 direction and they reflect it. Why would we have any primetime games last season if they "hated" Mangini so much? We got worse/less exciting and didn't get any this season...that's why yeah, but it's the Aliens who hate the Browns

If you want to talk conspiracy theories look at the steelers bye week. Wanna bet ben gets a 4 game suspension? After 4 games the steelers get a bye. Now roethlisberger has 2 full weeks to get ready for the game against the Browns instead of just one. And the game is in Pittsburgh so no loss of practice time due to travel (probably not significant loss of practice time for a game in Cleveland but if their week 5 game was in Seattle or SD etc). Just saying.

I think there is a better chance the Browns/Bills game is going to be played in a snowstorm and neither team is going to move the ball very much..
That may appeal to some and the fans of those teams, but for the masses, that gets switched off in favor of watching Shawshank Redemption for the 12th time.

Mid December in Buffalo? Now there is a destination spot! More likely they have snow up to the rain gutters of the house.
I like the 2 Florida games and the NO game. I can handle South Beach first weekend in December.. Show me the bikinis...

The fact that this schedule is an absolute killer doesn't bode well for the chances of an exciting season of Browns football. That probably factored into the decision not to schedule prime time games.
Our "easy" games against Tampa Bay, Buffalo and Jacksonville are on the road. (Plus KC at home) We also have a 3 game road trip. That's ugly.

I remember last time I did a mid-December game in Buffalo...took me 9 hours to get back to Cleveland the next day in a blizzard. And all I could think about was the 17 net yards we amassed.  With that said, just booked my flight from Cleveland to New Orleans

Good man....be sure to do Breakfast at Brennans.....It may cost you $70 by yourself.....but it is an experience everybody needs to experience once.....that includes a Ballpeen number of drinks with breakfast.....They don't use cheap liquor or Champagne.
I think the last time it was Eggs Hussarde, and 3-4 Champagne concoctions.....maybe a Bloody Mary mixed in.
