They're always thumping their collective chests about their live news reporting, so to see something like this makes me quite happy! I imagine that guy knew they like to do live weather spots on the corner right outside their studio, so he probably was riding around the block there until he saw them setup, and when the light came on for the camera to do the report, it was on. Bravo!
