So you aren't very hopeful James stays??
i honestly don't know, because of the way he just shut it down the last 3 games.
i can't see him just leaving like that, and i think some of these other teams that are preparing are in ZERO shape to win a championship. the bulls? you stick lbj on that team and they get shredded by orlando or boston.
and the fact that just before the playoffs came, there were reports that lebron had zero plans to bolt town, that the feeling was extremely good that he'd sign.
and the guy goes out, maybe he gets hurt, but he plays horrible, and so he leaves cause of it? makes no sense.
you may have predicted that lbj leaves, but there is no way anyone could have predicted it would have happened like this.
anyone who says lebron would have sucked for almost an entire series was guessing.

I agree with Avery Johnson. New Jersey could possibly be VERY good next year.
They have the cap space to add two max contracts, plus potentially the #1 pick in the draft...
PG- John Wall SG- Devin Harris SF- LeBron James PF- Chris Bosh C- Brook Lopez
12-70 to a SERIOUS contender in just one year?

i agree, that is probably his best option if he were to leave. definitely better than chicago or new york.

i'll always love the cavs (as long as they're around) but if lbj does leave and the cavs become irrelevant, the thunder will be my playoff team considering the cavs won't be there.
Agreed, i love Durants game and love what the Thunder are doing. They will be a fun team to watch grow.

I have been saying that all year, they are a very attractive destination for LeBron, despite their record this year.
I still think he stays though.

i love the small town side of it. the fact that they have wrapped their arms around that team. i like their coach, i like the way they are growing with their coach. and i think they have the potential to become another portland.
portland loves their blazers. boston may love the celtics and new york loves their knicks, and even we love our cavaliers, but portland is on another level.
i do that with the nfl too, since the browns never go. i was on san diego's bandwagon for a few years cause i wanted marty to get one so bad. i was so happy for the saints and that city to get the super bowl.
