Hey all,
If anyone could help me here, I would appreciate it. Haven't followed the Indians at all this year. Just haven't been real interested. I'm a diehard Browns fan and Cavs fan, but not so much baseball.
Got a MAJOR job interview tomorrow, 1 on 1 with the head guy at this firm, supposed to do breakfast with him, and I know he loves baseball.
Can anyone give me a few updates as to what has been up with the Indians so I can talk about it at breakfast if need be?
LOL... I know this sounds incredibly lame for me to ask for this kind of help, but this is a huge opportunity for me and I want to be able to at least mention SOMETHING if it comes up tomorrow.

Stick with Carlos Santana.....One of the best prospects in all of baseball and has started off really well in his limited action. Best hitter in the line-up from day one.....Plus, you want to stay positive in the interview

You'd be better off going with the truth.....if he brings up the Tribe, tell him you're a diehard Browns/Cavs fan but the Indians' dismal performance as of late has caused you to lose interest.
And that you're thinking of becoming a Reds fan.

Because this is a job interview, no matter what you say, be positive. As for the Indians, I would talk about the glory days of the 90's as much as possible. I would then say that you have been so busy with the Browns and Cavs that you haven't been able to keep up with the tribe.
Talking points about the current team?
Sizemore had a season ending injury
Asdrubal Cabrera is injured, but is a good looking young player
Carlos Santant has roy potential. - Talk about him a lot - look up his batting average and discuss how it is worth it to make 10 trips to the ballpark each year to watch guys like him play.
