Seems we did a S&T for the weasel afterall. NOT HAPPY about it. We get what will prob be low first rd picks and a trade exception.

We did...? then what the hell did LeBron just sign on ESPN?

The Cav's could have gotten him some help. It was obious that he wanted Bosh or D Wade to come there but the Cav's didn't have enough to offer . Geez guys open your eyes.

it just became evident to me that you know nothing about the nba or how it works. and you're a laker fan. you also abuse the apostrophe.

you're like that guy that's new to baseball and picks the yankees and then gloats when they win. awesome.

Open our eyes?? You're the blind one here. NAME ONE move the Cavs should of made? Please, just one. Trade our whole roster for Bosh to come here? Because there's no way in hell Miami would trade Wade. Even if we did somehow get Bosh, we wouldn't win anything with just Bosh and Lebron ... and then both would skip town as soon as Free Agency rolled around anyway ... you know, like they just proved.

Fact is, there was never an opportunity to big time second banana to Lebron. The closest we came was Amare, and Kerr didn't want to do it.

Dude are you clueless or illiterate? Nobody is faulting him for his "choice" ... for leaving for other pastures. EVERYBODY is pissed about the way he did it, which was string everyone along and then stab them in the back in front of a national audience.

For $30 mil I'd live in freaking antartica

So for $28 mil South beach is not worth the differance form Antartica for $2 mil if you are making that kind of money. And the endorsments will be huge in South beach comparered to Antartica.

Ah yes ... the idiotic "endorsements" argument ... cause you know Lebron was mired down in all those local auto mechanic and snow plow commericals and couldn't get any REAL endorsements being hidden away in Cleveland.

I don't know how much all 3 will be making. I'd expect he'd be making 16 mil a year with Miami multiply that by 5. That equals about 80 mil total. With cleveland he could make 20 mil a year. Multiply that by 6 and that equals 120 mil.

Guess what you just pulled the trigger. I am old enough to remember the the Cav's being the Cadavers and guess what they just made a return.

Damn we just helped Miami get Haslem

Forward Udonis Haslem is returning and join one of the most talented – and definitely the most expensive – triumvirates in league history.

Heat president Pat Riley was able to work sign-and-trade deals with the Cavaliers and Raptors, sending draft picks to both teams, to free up more money to entice Haslem and assure James and Bosh would be signed to maximum deals, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

Miller, a 6-foot-7 swingman, reportedly will sign a five-year deal for $30 million. Miller averaged 10.9 points last season for Washington, shooting 48 percent on three pointers.

The Sun Sentinel reported the Heat would send the Raptors two first round picks, including their own in 2011. Toronto also received a trade exception of roughly $15 million.

The Cavaliers receive a $15 million trade exception, in addition to a package of future Heat draft picks

It takes a big man to come on a message board of a long-suffering franchise and rub things in the face of it's fans. You may be old enough to remember laces on a basketball, but you act no better than a 25 year old, immature egotist.

At least we got something I gues:

You guys may not remember the 1960's or 70's but the fact remains the Cadaveres sucked then and they will suck for many years to come no matter what the blow hard Gilbert ( if that is what the blowhards name is)said!

but seriously, how old is this dude, he sounds like he's over the age of 40, if you're over the age of 14, and you're on on message boards on the internet, trying to rub it in for fans, well, i guess i feel sorry for you. it's kinda pathetic dude.

Honestly, who cares?

The Cavs made the best decision for the franchise. The rest is just water under the bridge.

Or would you rather have nothing in return? Me, I'll take the trade exception and draft picks to see if I can't turn it in to something.

Oh, and I love that LeBron signed a 6 year, 110 million dollar deal. Wow, he really sacrificed that money. When you factor in no income tax, he'll probably make more "sacrificing" with the heat than he would have with the Cavs.

Was that the episode where Sam jumped into the body of Coach Fitch and Al kept trying to tell him that it was pointless as the Cavs expansion didn't happen until 1970?

I guess you guys are to wet behind the ears to understand where I am coming from. OK I give up the Cav's are the greatest team in NBA history (If that is all you know about the NBA).

The funny thing about fans now a day is that if a star leaves a team he goes from King to Jester. That is were you all lose me.

LeBron is still the player he was before yesterday but the difference is he is not a Cav's player. So by that line of thought there has never been great players in the NBA like Wilt Chamberland (never a Cav) Bill Russell (never a Cav) Kareem Abdol Jabbar (never a Cav) Miichael Jordan (never a Cav) need I go on.

But on the other hand Austin Carr and Danny Ferry should be in the NBA Hall of Fame because they really deserve it.

OK they sucked since the 50's also if you want to go back that far!

The fact is the Cadavers have sucked since before God and now the King has decided I'm right! LeBron will win a NBA Championship long before the Cadavers. Get used to it!

I can play nice or we can all be punks. It's your choice!

No dude I agree with you wholeheartedly but the fact that today's fans feel that they have some sort of reward coming to them is crazy. A player is a human being and his life choices are his just like your life choices are yours.

Live and let live, and a player leaving your home town will not change your life.

I did something very few of you would have the guts to do. I left central Ohio after living and working there for the entire 46 years of my life. Many of my friends and family asked how I could make such a decision, and I asked how could I not?

My wife and my self was feed up with the direction of our lives, feed up with the families expecting us to take care of them ,feed up with Ohio weather, And getting a little older and feeling there is something else out there to stimulate the feeling of life!

Sorry if some of you don't understand those feelings (as my sister in laws about disowned us) but guess what it is our lives and if it makes us happy everyone else can kiss our (You know what).
