My last Brown's jersey was Kellen Winslow.. that lasted me for a good minute.. and now he is no long here..
So now I have to spend a few more bucks to get a current player.. There are 3 players I'm debating on..
1) Josh Cribbs - can't really go wrong there.. plus he should be here for another 3-4 years for sure.
2) Massaquoi - UGA guy.. #11.. but is he worth the 60-70 bucks..
3) Hardesty - Tenn guy.. #31 .. has potential to be a great back..
What do you all think?

Of those 3 I'd get Cribbs since he signed a new deal and has been the most productive and has been, in many ways, the face of the franchise over the last fewe years.... but if you open up the choices I'd get a throwback (Kosar, Brown, Newsome, Matthews, Groza, whoever) that you know for sure will never go out of style.

I have a Darren Chiaverini jersey for sale. I just might part with my Jamir Miller and Courtney Brown jerseys if the price is right.

No option for Joe Thomas? That'd be my next jersey. Da Best!

I have the Brown Cribbs and I like it. Wish I would have gotten the white because they don't offer the white for many players.

Of the three you're considering, Cribbs is the "safest" route to take, no doubt. If I was on the hunt for a current player jersey it would either be Cribbs or Joe Thomas.
I'm intrigued by Hardesty, but I'd wait to see (a) if he ends up getting the bulk of the carries and (b) he remains healthy. RBs are best bought in hindsight, IMO. Their careers can end up being very short.
I don't have the Georgia connection you have, so it wouldn't dawn on me to get Massaquoi's jersey right now. Hopefully, he'll turn out to be a solid contributor at WR for a long time, but I have my doubts about him. I'd pass on this one for the time-being.

From that list definitely Cribbs. I've got a Joe Thomas one right now & might pick up a Cribbs one. I think those 2 are the most likely not to end up useless like my William Green, Braylon & KW2 jerseys...

Useless? They can be converted into fine floor rags, doormats, or donated to the poor. I have an Orange BE jersey I converted into a Bears Maynard (their punter). They have alternate Ornage jerseys too.

I have a Lebron jersey that can be used as toilet paper.
Also, if you take a newspaper image of Lebron's face, and press it into some Play Doh, it makes a nice target for a public restroom urinal.

I threw my lebron jersey away 10 seconds after he made his annoucement. People asked why I didn't burn it instead....but then I would probably ruin a bowl, stain my balcony, or inhale some toxic fumes in the process. So I figured it would be easier to just toss it out quick. I've been pretty good at buying browns jerseys (or "not buying"). I have two personalized jerseys, a Kosar, and a Brown. I did buy an orange Braylon jersey...but it was off eBay and $20-30 (it was cheap). Plus, like I said above, I've converted it to a Bears jersey. So it lives on in a different form. I'd be very careful buying current players jerseys. Especially ones that haven't done anything yet. At least with Cribbs, we have his history to be proud of should he be traded or leave as a free agent (not likely now but you never know - heck, Bernie was traded - even MJ didn't finish playing as a Bull). To me, it comes down to them winning a Super Bowl. After that, you could walk around with Player X's jersey even if they went on to play for another team or rival. Deep down, you'd know they won a title for us and their jersey would mean something special forever. I bet I'll still see people wearing a Dustin Byfuglien Blackhawks jersey 10 years from now. He was traded to the Atlanta Tharashers weeks after winning the cup (salary cap move). But nobody will care where he finished his career. He was a stud for a Cup-winning run and that's all that matters. Dang....a bit long of a response for a simple jersey poll. I must be bored at work.

1) Art Modell 2) LeGone James 3) Ben Gay I think I would get some velcro and make a spot for any name on the back. Friend of mine runs a sports shop and has had RAACKS of busted player jerseys (Couch, DA, BQ, etc.). Just need a billboard back for the current flavor until we stabilize. PS Had my own name and player number put on mine; I know I will be with the team in the future! LOL Let us know, neh?

That one doesn't look like the other Chinese made ones on Ebay. Plus the guy is in Aurora. Doesn't look bad to me.

Personally I can't tell you what to get. As for myself, I plan to get a personalized jersey with my last name and number of choice. Pricey? Yes. However it's one I'll never get rid of...I won't get cut or traded from the team.

If you are going to waste your money on a current player jersey, then Cribbs is the best option of those 3, esp since 2 haven't shown anything yet.
Thomas is the only other one I would consider from current players but I don't bother wasting money on current player jerseys.

Didn't you have a "Moses" jersey once?

This is what I'm thinking....
I like the Cribbs jersey for a few reasons.. 1) People know who he is... 2) The "C" patch on it..
But... I think I'm going to go with a Hardesty jersey, and order a "C" patch and try to put it on there myself.. with my wifes help of course.. lol..
Hardesty jersey with a captain patch!!? OFFICIAL!! No one is gonna have that.. Was gonna do the same for MoMass.. but his name is so complicated.. people will be like who is that? lol.

You might want to look into a personalized jersey. I got one and I love it.
I'd also try and get a personalized #7 Mexico jersey but I believe that still might be in the filter for the jersey creation.

I got a stitched Bernie kosar jersey from Korea for 35 bucks. Is it official NFL gear? No is it better quality than the "printed on" $75 NFL jerseys, yes

My last one was Brady Quinn. Got it right after he was drafted.
That really lasted a long time! LOL
I'd go with somebody that you KNOW is a good Brown and has impacted the team. Out of your list, Cribbs is the obvious choice. But, I would personally rather get a Phil Dawson jersey!!
Just think of it!!

You didn't list it as an option, but I would find one of the sites that sell jerseys for Browns' greats of the past. One site I found had Otto Graham, Jim Brown, Leroy Kelly, Sipe, Kosar, Matthews, and many others. I have a Jim Brown throwback that I wear once in a while, and my wife has a Bernie Kosar and a Clay Matthews.

I would get a Lenny Friedman (just because I read a post where the poster was incredulous that someone wore a Lenny Friedman jersey to training camp) or a Boyce Green jersey ... just because most of the people would have no clue who he was.

I'm pretty sure he'll be #12. They did have a McCoy #12 jersey in an Eastbay catalog that I got a few weeks ago.
