Didn't Carter's son get suspended from the team (OSU) last season? For academics, maybe?

Yes, and I believe he just recently transfered.

Some DI-AA school so he could still play. Supposedly, he'd like to transfer back to OSU once his grades improve but not sure how realistic that is.
