it actually was the hang out when they were living, but we;ve been there over a year, and it's still happening.

we mentioned all the time that we're never alone and they must think we're talking about everyone ELSE in the family besides them. The biggest one these days is a person going through a really tough divorce, and I feel bad turning him away. On top of that, he has the kids call to ask if they can come swimming. Shamless! The thing is, I babysit these two 40-50 hours a week because he doesn't have anyone else. But the kids want to come back and hang out after hours, and on the weekends. I just never get a break. I guess you could argue that I bring it on myself in certain ways. I just feel like I have to help in any way I can, I just get taken advantage of, and don't know how to stop it.

i agree it sould be his responsibility since it's his family. One of his uncles thought it would be funny to throw beer cans in our neighbors' yard once... Guess who cleaned that situation up!

Shotty/ DC; I can't even watch Raymond anymore because it makes me think of my real life. His parents are actually getting the idea now. I think she just wanted to make sure we were taking care of the house she grew up in. They are the least of my worries, most days.

I can't exactly change the locks at this point because it's on land contract with them for the time being, but there aren't any laws against the door chains, right??


62, the nudity might work for YOU, but I'm trying to keep them AWAY.... not keep them coming back for more. Which reminds me of something, them making themselves at home actually lead to his brother seeing a naked picture of me once. Thanks for bring that memory back up!

Charger, For a moment I thought about giving them a taste of their own medicine and just start popping in on them, but I thought better of it. I'm glad you said that.

I appreciate the input from everybody. I'll have to get over my fear of hurting feelings. If it means getting our life back, it will be worth it.
