Yeah ... it looks like Quinn might well be #3 when the season starts.
Very rarely does a 1st round QB bust on one team and then go on and star on another. You would think that it would happen at least once in a while ..... but it is a really, really, Tommy Maddox like, rare occurance. (and even that one didn't last that long)
