Mom and Dad went to borrow THEIR own equity from THEIR own home for new windows and siding,...
Expected to make a trip Saturday to attend the closing, as I, and my siblings actually hold the title.
Trip cancelled, because Sister 1's ex screwed up THEIR state taxes in 2001, and Ohio has a lien on the property.
Get your property checked once in a while. Somebody might have a lien on it.
