I'm sorry Clem, "Islamic jihadists" is totally inappropriate and completely insensitive.. as our Presiden taught us in his own 9/11 speech, the people who killed 3000 of our citizens 9 years ago are nothing more than "a band of angry men"... they are not terrorists, they are not jihadists, and they certainly are not Islamic.. these are words that are insensitive, regardless of whether or not they are true. We must ignore the facts and not call things as they are for fear of upsetting somebody.. we must also give the implication that if we can do enough so that they aren't "angry" any more that they will stop.... so let us all now go about our lives and forget that the terrorists who wish to kill us are Islamic jihadists and they are..... repeat after me... "a band of angry men"...

If they think they can get away with it, they will repeat it enough times so that it becomes true.

Just like the Bush tax cuts were "tax cuts for the wealthy". Now they are saying that they want to keep the part of the "tax cuts for the wealthy" that was NOT "tax cuts for the wealthy" and get rid of just the part of the "tax cuts for the wealthy" that actually WAS "tax cuts for the wealthy".

At first they say there were no tax cuts for average Americans and if there were it would be bad, then they say that there really were tax cuts for average Americans and they are good.

Soon, the part of the Bush tax cuts that they keep will become the Obama tax cuts.
