I'm the first JT vote? Let me say he's wholly underappreciated then.

Best LT in the NFL, which, of course, is one of the premium positions (along with QB, pass-rush-specialist, and lockdown CB).

I'm sticking with Cribbs for now, but Ward and Hillis are climbing fast.

Neither of them have beaten the steelers yet.

and why isn't vickers on this list? Got to be higher than Massaquoi... or is he just on the list for comic relief?

No kidding. I'd pick Vickers.

Probably because he's not a "flashy" player. He does his job and the other guys get to shine. Just a guess, though...

I never understood why anyone has to have 1 "favorite" player.

I like a lot of players on this team for different things they bring to the team. I don't have 1 favorite.

My favorite player wasn't listed (Vickers) so I picked Ward, but Hillis and Thomas are both at the top of the list too.

I'm just happy that there are really 5 or 6 legitimate choices as opposed to years past when the choices were the kicker and the back-up QB..

and GM will be along momentarily to remind you that you don't have Pontbriand on there..

I picked Cribbs but I could just as easily pick Hillis, Vickers, Ward, Haden, Thomas, Mack...

One obvious problem with this team is nobody (or not many) picking any defensive front 7.... that's obviously telling.

You're just a Pontbriand Pontificator ......

Try to say that 5 times fast .....

I picked Ward only because of his "I'd do it again" comment on the hit on Shipley

I'm a huge Joe Thomas fan because he just came in here and did his job well from day 1... but right now I LOVE Hillis! So I went with Hillis. Has played really well and carried our offense.

My namesake Vickers.

One day soon, I can get a 47 Jersey with my name on the back....without having to take out a second mortgage.

There will be no playoffs. Can’t play with who we have out there and compounding it with garbage playcalling and worse execution. We don’t have good skill players on offense period. Browns 20 - Bears 17.

I don't know how someone can't love Hillis. Like the announcers said today, he is the epitome of Cleveland Browns football. I don't think I've ever seen someone run as hard and high effort as he does. And there's his toughness. He could barely walk today, but he was still out there fighting for every yard, putting the team on his back.

Benard is another one missing from the list.. I voted for Hillis,, but it could have easily been Hillis, Cribbs, Benard, Ward or Thomas...

If Colt manages a win this Sunday, we'll need a write-in vote.

You know what amazes me ...... that we actually have some talented players to choose from.

I would have added Sheldon Brown to the list as well as Marcus Benard.

I know that losing sucks .... and I know that the past 5 weeks have been up and down and painful .... but I truly believe that this is a team that is 2-4 pieces away from being really good.

Who would have thought that midway through last year?

Not that Power Rankings mean a damn thing, but many of them have/had the Falcons in their Top 5.... and we went toe-to-toe with them until injuries kept us from continuing to hang in there.

We are absolutely close to getting over the hump... however, I'm betting that patience will not win out in this town - just as it never does - and we're gonna blow it up a bit at the end of the season, and we'll start the process all over again instead of moving forward.

I really believe we're 2 positions away from being a playoff team.

We need a quarterback and a big, physical, legit #1 receiver.

Another pass rusher wouldn't hurt, either.

That's why this offseason, I want give up the farm to move up and draft Luck, and open up the checkbooks to David Harris and Vincent Jackson in free agency. Plus add another 2nd-3rd round receiver.

I'll look up Harris, but I want nothing to do with troublemakers, unless you think Mangini can give Jackson a Belichick straightening out, ala Moss. And Moss is now bye-bye.
