I have to say, after he got that DUI, I haven't had the same hatred for him.

Also, I watched some of the Jets/GB game last week, and it made me feel better that he wasn't on the field at times a "number 1" receiver should be. Key 3rd downs, etc.

Once Holmes came back, Edwards is much less important to that team.

But, I would absolutely love to see Edward meet Ward over the middle.

I have to think that the Jets (being the Jets) will try to get him some touches and throw to him in the endzone. Just to try to "rub it in."

I read on another side last night that Braylon tweeted something like "get ready Cleveland, here comes #17", like we're supposed to be scared by that.

Further proof that one shouldn't Tweet while drunk.

Edwards better enjoy his time in New York while it lasts. I doubt the Jets resign him this offseason.

I thought that we got rid of the "essense of Braylon" when the Browns had his former locker deloused?

On the flip-side, he DID punch one of Lebron's friends, so maybe he's not as bad as we originally though.

That is if he makes it outta court today without getting thrown in jail for contempt. Oh wait, the judge will have contempt for him.

It wouldn't matter what kind of aim he had. Braylon would still miss it.

Nope. Sure didn't.

I think that the Shack can handle a 2nd thread though. It's not like it's jam packed with activity since the Bungles left town.

Well, I didn't see the other thread.

If a Ref wants to remove this then that's their call. If they want to merge it, (I believe that they have that ability now) then that's their call as well.

If this thread is the worst thing that ever happens to the board, I think we'll survive it.

since Bengal fans can't even afford tickets to see their own team, I am pretty sure we can just wait until it's repossessed and get it for $10 from the junkyard.

no reason to spend more than we have to in order to have our fun

Yes, he is having a decent year.

I think the key, though, is that, for a no. 3 overall pick, he should always be having much more than "decent" years.

It should show something that the Jets went out and got Holmes, a true no. 1 WR.

You don't see a team like the Texans going out and trying to find a no. 1 to "supplement" Andre Johnson.

Nope, it's pretty obvious that Edwards is nowhere near where he "should" be.

I agree,, I was merely stating a fact, he's having a decent year...

Priceless! It happens when you go deinkin' with the PeeGuy. Probably Brayin' punched one of his friends. Sure looks like Edwards is the Anointed One, neh? Oh, I have all this leftover popcorn he told me to bring. Think we should all UPS him a few tons of the stuff.

Good one! Where's the rest of the caravan. Or do all the remaining fans, the "true believers" and Carsonites fit in the solo strategic retreat vehicle? LOL Get outta town!
