During his ownership 311 games 200 loses  I think that he just set the record, reaching the 200 loss mark faster than any other owner in the history of the NFL

Stat Check. Rooney's from 1933-1962 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pittsburgh_Steelers_seasons ) 132 wins 201 losses (including 2 playoff losses) finishing above .500 just 7 out of the 30 years. 0 playoff wins. So, Mike Brown "wins"

It's sad that Mike Brown got fired when he didn't really deserve it... and Mike Brown continues to run a team into the ground without even a hint of removal...
