. He obviously got real flustered (that conversation with JD while sitting on the coolers probably shouldn't have made the final cut). Not super substantive, but interesting nonetheless.

I was saying his was pissed in the chat room on game day.. I could tell.. I know for sure he bit his tongue on a few occasions in order to keep himself going off on everyone for making mistakes, ie not blocking, dropping passes, etc.

Good listen. He sounded flustered, but I can understand why. We've all been there when it just seems nothing is going right. I have to think the Steelers D has done that to many a QB.

I'd be interested to see if all those clips were in chronological order. For example, was McCoy "flustered" at the coolers at the end of the game, or was it earlier, and then he came out and lead us on a TD drive (as meaningless as it was)?

I'm not gonna hold it against him, though.

Sit boss getting blasted for picks?

anyone want to take a crack at what McCoy said to Delhomme right before the end of the game before he shook Big Ben's hand? I must confess that I often ask people to repeat themselves when I am traveling in the deep south ... lol

I watched it again, and I really respect Colt. He has the desire, fire, and burn to want to do well in this league. Hope he clicks here and cleveland, and leaves some great memories when its all said and done.

Just gotta get him some weapons on offense, and need to be better on that right side.

I was absolutly sure I saw him get ticked off at Daboll on the sidelines.. He threw his helmet down hard and it ended up needing repaired... He was ticked I think.. not sure at what,, but he was ticked.

I think I heard him right when he was talking to Delhomme there for a second.. he said,, so it was a line breakdown then and delhomme seemed to say,, yeah... but you need to calm down and take a breath.

Seems to me this kid wants to win very badly. He's not experienced losing like this before and I doubt he's going to stand for it.

That's why I'm really gonna stand behind him if they pick him as the starter next season. He's gonna hit some bumps in the road,, he's gonna make mistakes.. All young QB's do.

At this point, unless we can get the Absolute, can't miss, Stud QB of the future.. I'd stick with Colt and take something else that's needed come draft day.

JMO however.

You can tell in those videos that the reports of Delhomme mentoring Colt are true. Liked listening to their relationship. "Did you look left?" "yeah" "well thats all you can do" "take a breath" etc

Yeah, but the way that cooler conversation went, it elicited a similar response in me as the DA laughing incident (different but similar, does that make sense?).

I'm surprised that didn't get left on the editing room floor, that's all. He's a fiery competitor, and he was (understandably) frustrated that game. If I were a young quarterback, I'd toss my helmet into the stands and refuse to play until St. Claire was escorted from the premises.

There are also plenty of reports that McCoy is a steadfast competitor (no Mr. Pouty-Face), so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on this one. Personally, I would've liked to see some behind-the-scenes of the helmet smashing incident in place of the cooler talk. McCoy seems to have a very beneficial working relationship with JD.

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Tipped balls, getting blasted, [something] picks

*Edit* I think we should cut McCoy right now. After watching it again, I realized, when he's shaking Big Ben's hand, he says "I'm pulling for you." Get rid of the bum!!

Fortunately southerners are very patient with y'all that don't understand proper English when you hear it.

Yeah, and that bum Rothlisberger had the nerve to offer him words of encouragement. He should have punched him in the mouth.

You have Colt all wrong. He was pulling reverse psychology on him.

We all know that Big Ben is only successful when he's told 'NO' first.

Clicking, turk.

I haven't seen the replay, but on the third-down pass Royal dropped in the end zone - which resulted in us kicking a FG - when Colt turned to the bench he looked ticked off. There was only a second or so of the camera being on him, but he clearly was not happy. Whether that was because of the drop, the coach's decision to kick, his frustration or a combo of all three, I couldn't say.
But it was pretty evident.

I'd say it was because of the drop. Honestly - watch the replay of it, if you have it. How in the hell can a person call themselves a tight end when they drop that???????? Hell, 85% of the guards in the league would make that catch.

We need to bring some real talent in on offfense, cuz it was real pathetic the options we have to catch the ball.. Yes, there are players w/ potential, but we need some dynamic talent.

1) A true #1. Big and Fast.
2) A true slot WR. Super Fast with GREAT hands.
3) a RT
4) improvement at the RG spot.
